It took 24 hours to fix my problem. I had buckets catching dripping water from my hall ceiling. Having called Dyno three times, they still couldn’t give me an appropriate time; only 0800-1800. Eventually a guy arrived and he was courteous and confident. He was 5 star, the telephone service was 0 star. That’s the reason for an average of 3 star

Horrendous service. Apparent call by the plumber but no calling card or phone call when on route. Was told they would be here today and having to chase them over the phone with no response. AVOID!!

If I could I would have given this company 0. They attended to fix a leak and did not manage to stop the water. When we called back they were rude and called us names. Appalling service. 1 week later they then bombardier us with messages. We had fixed the leak using a plumber who knew what they were doing. Do not use this company.

On the first visit which was for the quote and trying to locate a leak my kitchen ceiling was damaged around by the spot light as the plumber was investigating the leak, and suggested the leak was coming from the wrong place, he sent pictures to main office explaining that he coursed the damage and assured me that they will fix what ever damage was caused by them, when I mentioned this to the lady at the office while arranging a date for the job to be completed I was fobbed off and told they don’t know anything about it and to contact my insurance, when the plumber came out on the second visit to fix the leak (which he found in the end and fixed) he made excuses to not fix the damaged ceiling caused by his colleague which has now left my kitchen ceiling an eye sore, they have fixed one problem and left me with another, not impressed at all

First time just didn’t turn up despite several phone calls to the office. Waited in all day and lost a days wages. Second time got cancelled,
Finally turned up wks later to carry out work. And where path was dug up looks a mess.
Would strongly advise against using.

I am very happy with Dyno because of their expertise, skill and promptness. I am extremely happy with the engineer who gave his experiences and knowledge to my job and the respect and care received.

plumber arrived in a few hours for emergency repair. Really nice guy, all works done quickly despite extensive work needing to be done. Was respectful and price was fair. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service, came out virtually straight away after reporting our elusive leak… Plumber came round( sorry we didn’t catch his name) knew exactly what the issue was, sorted it straight away and even cleared up the water from carpet… great service and cheers me ducks

Superb service, dealt with the issue and extremely helpful. Ryan should be commended for his efforts despite the difficulties he faced especially so as I have mobility problems.

I found water dripping into an upstairs wall socket which took out the power to my home. Then a few days later water was running off my bathroom light fitting. Called my home insurer who got Dyno Rod (Staffordshire) onto the case. Adam fixed the issue in 20 mins. A length of copper piping carrying mains water which was capped off very badly was leaking in the loft. He removed all unnecessary pipework - there was masses of it and then he capped it off professionally. A fantastic job and so efficiently actioned. Thanks Adam! You saved the day.

Excellent service, unfortunately I experienced a very bad water leak from the tank in the loft but we had plumbers on site within two hours. The leak was stopped and fixed temporarily and the team returned to finish the job shortly after. John was excellent, he was very experienced, re-assuring and took time to explain the work which they were undertaking as well as keeping the area tidy and clean where he worked. The office staff also were excellent and very responsive keeping me in constant communication ensuring that I got a timely repair. Would definitely recommend.
