Called Dyno-rod on Monday morning about 10-30 am we were carrying gutterworks via a MEWP the gutter was flooded due to a blocked RWO spoke to Lynn and Lorraine vert professional said they would have someone with me asap but didn't realise the guy William Davidson would be there at 11-15 plus he called to say he was on route and gave me the rough time he would be there bearing in mind the job was in the centre of Glasgow brilliant service

Called at 4pm. The workman arrived at 5.15pm. He was very pleasant and friendly. He explained the problem and what he needed to do. He completed the job with no problems. Would certainly recommend.

Very slow draining sink.
Experience was exactly as decribed. Had a very slow draining sink.
After contacting Dyna-rod, was arranged quickly and was phoned before they arrived.
Courteous and friendly, they fixed the problem and gave a few tips to avoid happening again. Willie was also showing someone else and was explaining everything really well about what caused the problem and how the solution worked.
Would easily recommend.

We had a blocked drain.
Dyno Rod came out the next day.
The guy quickly found the issue and he even had to remove a small piece of tarmac that was blocking the drain cover.
Problem was fixed in 20 minutes.

Clear blocked toilet
Service engineer call approx 1hour before he due he was extremely polite and very well presented. He was efficient in clearing the blockage and pointed out of the miss alignment on outside down pipe. All in all an excellent service.

I was able to get next day service via the simple online booking form. This was fine as it wasn't an emergency. Superb service from Joe at Dyno-Rod. Very professional and knowledgeable and he found the source of the issue quickly. He explained everything as he went along, so we know what to look for, should the problem happen again. All sorted in less than an hour. 10/10 and highly recommend!
