Great customer service, staff on the phone were very honest and helpful. Fast service completed within promised timescales. Initial confusion fixing date for work (fixed by national HQ), then receiving a text to confirm a different day. All sorted out satisfactorily with the Scottish HQ. The guys who came were immensely cheerful and efficient, explaining the root cause of the problem and fixing it promptly and efficiently. I would recommend.

Extremely happy with the service provided
The engineer, Brian, was friendly, work tidily and was considerate of my home and family.
He worked with a level of determination that was impressive and was able to resolve the issue we had with our blocked drain, despite the challenging configuration. We had another company out to look at the same job who were unable to resolve so was delighted that Dynarod got to the bottom of the issue.
I would have no hesitation in recommending
