This is the first time our small Funeral Business has had to use the services from Dyno-Rod I have to say the gentleman who came to our rescue was called Colin and he was outstanding, he arrived in impeccable time, friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional, quickly analysed and found the issue, not only did he get our drains flowing quickly again he also took away any mess which was made in the process. It simply doesn’t get better service than that. On a personal note we are both hoping not to use each others services for a long time. ;)

Service was great! Only reason it’s 3 and not 5 is that it was all a waste of money anyway - the drain is a shared drain and so is the responsibility of Scottish Water. I wish DynoRod were a bit more upfront about this but I can’t knock off too many stars - it’s a company that needs to make money at the end of the day… £190 when it should have been free is a bit of a kick in the teeth but I’m not ungrateful for the weekday rate for a weekend call out.

Dyno-Rod engineer arrived nice and early within the time slot, drain cleared and everything working as it should.
Engineer was great, he explained what the problem was and had it fixed without any issues. Can now get on with the washing I have gathered.

Very efficient booking system. The engineer Brian was great, we thought we had a blocked toilet but the problem was much simpler. He didn’t try to make more of the job, explained everything clearly and spoke to my plumber. Nice, friendly guy and would definitely use them again

The receptionist advised me when to expect the engineer to arrive and she advised me about payment. The engineer was punctual, respectful and efficient. The couple concerned were happy with the work carried out.

I live rurally and have a septic tank. A couple of days ago I noticed the tank was blocked and despite my heroic (🤮) efforts I couldn't clear it.

Called Dynorod and scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday), but they called this morning (Friday) to say they could come out today. Chap called Darren did the job (pardon the pun) and cleared the inlet to the tank that was causing the blockage. He also explained what to look out for in future to avoid reoccurrence.

James did a great job of unblocking my drain. Fingers crossed it’ll stay unblocked for years. He worked efficiently and, obviously, effectively. I’m glad I chose Dyno-rod and can only say I’d definitely recommend them. They keep in touch with you from beginning to end. Thank you for a job well done.

I booked Dyno-rod since this is the second time this year my outside drain has backed up. The first time I chose a local company who charged a bit less but the drain backed up again after 4-5 months. I decided to use a larger, National company to get some peace of mind and assurances. The website said that I would get a full explanation of the cause and guidance on how to prevent further blockages. The guy however, turned up, flushed the drain and left without any explanation or guidelines. I did get a 90 day warranty but no peace of mind that it won't happen again outwith the warranty period.

We tried ourselves in the rain and with a ladel to clear our drains with little effect. Remembered Dynorod and went online easy to navigate and book. Amazing same day service fully serviced and cleared. New expression "Should a gone to Dynorod"]
