Dyno-Rod - South Coast and South West Reviews 

We had a blockage in our set of 4 toilets, causing a flood on the floor. Emergency plumber switched the water off, and we booked Dyno-Rod for the first thing Monday. The engineer was excellent, with lots of knowledge and equipment, got us sorted and the plumber came back to switch us on again!

No one turned up, I waited all morning.

They charged me nearly £200 and didn't fix the problem - said I needed plumber!!!! I didn't know whether to laugh or cry!

Chris came out and observed the problem. Listened carefully to what I said and gave me advice. Call Wessex water as the drains were blocked. They will do it for free. Very kindly rang Wessex water for me and organised for them to come out the same day. Fantastic service I have to say. I think Chris was really helpful in helping me. The young man Luke turned up very quickly had a look put a rod and hosepipe down then decided it was a job for Southern Water. He didn't even want to try anything but managed to charge me £150 for about 5 minutes work.

Excellent service and super efficient with unblocking a toilet with very convoluted plumbing.

Tom from Dyno-Rod was fantastic. He called ahead before arriving, quickly unblocked the drain, and cleaned everything up afterwards. He was friendly, professional, and provided a great service throughout. Would definitely recommend.

The engineer arrived within 2 hours of my call. He was very helpful and did everything he could but didn't have the equipment he needed to complete the job. He will return with what he needs to finish the job. Shame it wasn't possible in one visit..

Very impressed with the service from Dyno-Rod. I called them as my toilet wasn’t draining away properly when flushed. They were at my home address within the hour and check all my drains. They spoke to my neighbour who said they had the same problem. The team quickly determined that the main sewer pipe was blocked and advised me to contact my local waterboard. I did this and they are coming to sort it. Because of this Dyno-Rod did not charge me.

Prompt response to the initial enquiry. Attendance soon after on a Bank Holiday. Problem quickly and efficiently resolved with a full explanation as to the work done and how the problem had probably arisen and could be avoided again in the future.

Mat was exceptional. Extremely responsive, sorted a tricky issue with the toilet and shower drains quickly and saved a sleepless night on a bank holiday weekend!
