Customer service is excellent!! Harriet is brilliant. Emails are answered same day. Normally within a couple of hours. We needed a fitting guide and it was sent within minutes.

Easy transaction

I wrote a review previously saying I had not received my purchase after a week. After checking all details I now realise that Eagle 4x4 dispatched my item within 24 hours of ordering. The delay was due to DHL.
All in all the mat for the rear of my pickup is a great buy. Service from Eagle 4x4 was great also but should maybe consider using a more reliable delivery service than DHL.

Found these guys via YouTube... From making my first contact, to driving away with a new roller shutter and other items, it has been a very professional and easy process! They were very welcoming and all round helpful team... Would highly recommend.

Really happy with my purchase, the communication and the delivery.
They even have some very handy installation videos on YouTube that I found. They should probably advertise them better because it was much easier to follow the video than the instructions images.
