I visited the Hervey Bay store yesterday and was warmly greeted by the salesperson, Ben. He was not only personable but also very knowledgeable. Ben helped me visualize my lounge, transforming it into a cozy space. The selections he introduced were divine, featuring stunning shapes and textures, styles, and designs that left a lasting impression. I was so inspired that I can't wait to return to Hervey Bay Early Settler with my selection and purchase. WELL, DONE, BEN, an extremely happy customer.

The Early Settler Furniture is always a great product and having amazing staff makes the experience even better.

Paid $20 delivery and took forever and when I finally got it opened the box to it broken into little pieces, no care taken to protect it inside only a fragile sticker. Sent an email asking for a refund and 11 days later still nothing. Will never buy from Early Settler again.

We were kept informed the whole time. Initial change to expected delivery date was very accurate. A small problem we had with the remote was dealt with promptly and effectively. We love our new electric fireplace. Looks great. Performs well.

Easy communication to ensure items that could be delivered earlier came through. Haven’t received items yet so can’t comment on quality but service has been great to date.

The online help person was very helpful and assisted me with my order. It was a shame I had to contact them as I wasn't able to request delivery online as part of my shopping cart. It gave me the option to put notes for delivery but not actually request delivery.

Very disappointed with service. My complaint was never followed up.

Very poor and inconsistent communication regarding huge delays. Once PART of my order finally arrived, (after going missing) parts were again missing (a bed frame), and I sadly received a broken (hallway table) and a badly chipped Clover library unit. I continually try and make contact and this has literally been the worst retail experience of my life after spending over $13,000. I am still waiting for staff to contact me 7 days after my last attempt. My daughter hasn't had a bed for over 2 months. I am so angry and so disappointed. Just gutted!

Prompt response. No issues with refunding me the difference when the items I purchased price dropped even more, two days after online purchase.
