Stay away from EaseMyDeal (Rigaro Eworks LLP)! I paid ₹20,236 for tuition fees on 20th Sep. They generated a fake invoice with a FALSE UTR (AXISCN1093498898). The money NEVER reached the beneficiary (Janvi), which I have confirmed with bank statements.
When I raised a chargeback, they submitted fabricated evidence to my bank to steal the money back and then BLOCKED my account so I couldn't access my transaction history.
I have already filed an official Cyber Crime FIR (Ref No: 20804260030566) which is now ACCEPTED by the authorities. I have also escalated this to the RBI Ombudsman.
They are misleading customers and banks with fake settlement reports. Don't trust their 'Success' status. Requesting everyone to avoid this scam app

I purchased a gift card from this app on February 17th. The money was deducted from my account, but the gift card status shows "failed." I haven't received a refund yet. The service is very slow, and they're asking for a long wait of 1 to 12 days.

This is a fraud website they don’t provide services and don’t refund back ur money.Don’t trust them.

Beware beware bewarw.
They don't have a payment gateway it seems if you pay for anything it is not refunded and payment is stuck and the customer service is worst as they will not reply for emails and will always manipulate you on calls.

I have booked flight from here, it was really cheap, i have compared all the platforms that are in india for delhi to goa flight but surprisingly easemydeal was cheaper, cheaper the actual farw on search.

I purchased a ₹1000 Myntra gift voucher — money was deducted instantly, but I never received the voucher.
I’ve been chasing customer support for days, and all I get is delay after delay. No solution. No refund.

I needed this urgently, but they’ve held my money hostage.
Is this even a genuine service or just a fraud in disguise?

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Either deliver the GV or refund immediately.

Interest rate is common here as well . It's not 1 % . Here they will charge 1 % and GST and from bank side also they will charge 1% and GST. So Total 2.40 % charges.. UPI payments will be good. But now a days UPI payments are disabled by Ease my deal.

Well I got the subscription for 19+OTTs for such a low price that’s 499 only among it stands JioHotStar, Sonyliv, Zee5 and Amazon prime. Amazon prime is majorly loved by me as comes with many benefits with it. I am glad I came across Easemydeal. One must try them.
