I ordered an ink cartridge in February and still haven't received it 6 weeks later. I've had no response from any emails. I bought through Amazon and have been told they no longer sell there. A scam company and do not use.

Do not touch this company. I too have just been stung by them and a very nice man at Amazon has arranged a refund for the non delivery of my order. Amazon has taken up my complaint and will be dealing with Easy Deals UK directly.

Ordered via Amazon. Product failed to arrive. They blamed it on delivery firm but delivery tracking clearly shows they never received it either. On requesting a refund it appears Easy Deals has now left the Amazon platform. They appear to be fraudulent or at best incompetent. Avoid using!

Order to be delivered by February 28. Not arrived yet. Tracking number not recognised by Royal Mail.

ordered a hoover through Amazon, said despatched next day. didn't arrive, several messages sent but no reply. contacted amazon for refund.
The Amazon reviews all say" not sellers fault"

Fraudulent company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Goods never arrived. Ordered through Amazon. Trying to get refunded but don't hold out much hope.

Failed to supply goods via Amazon. Tracking showed in transit, Evro said with supplier, letter to supplier via Amazon returned as Easy Deals had 'left the site'.
SCAM

Do not buy from this company. Ordered via Amazon and have not received item. Contacted seller without response and now been told by amazon that this seller has left amazon and can no longer be contacted. Still trying to get my refund from amazon directly

I ordered something on 20th February which they said would be delivered on 27-28 February. Nothing arrived. I received a message after that date to say the delivery would now be 5 March. Nothing happened. I checked the tracking number but nothing. Messaged the company several times but no response. The courier said they had not received the package. Managed to get Amazon to agree to a refund today (8th March) so hopefully that will happen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered via Amazon on the 28th Feb but still nothing from them and it's now the 8th March. More frustrating is they took money from my account for an item they never shipped.
Getting no replies from them and now trying to get a refund via Amazon which isn't easy and it wasn't sold direct from Amazon and via this third party seller

I ordered some ink cartridges on February 28th through Amazon. It is now March 7th and no sign of them! Nothing from this company by way of an explanation and they have my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Identical scenario to that of John Baxter's previous review.
On 27 Feb I ordered new inkjet cartridges through Amazon without realising I was ordering with a Third Party Trader. Received response same day that order would be received 2 days later, as anticipated.
When it failed to appear checked tracking status which advised "On the way but running late". Later the Amazon status indicated the delivery was due to be made by Evri but by 7 March still not arrived.
Tried to contact Easy Deals UK today via Amazon Helpdesk only to learn the Seller associated with my order has left the Amazon store and is no longer able to receive email communications.
I was fortunate that, via Amazon, a refund is on its way to me but as I have since discovered via these Trustpilot reviews the company have a poor track record.
Avoid !!!

Ordered an inkjet printer on Amazon, unaware that I was dealing with a third party trader. Amazon took my money once this trader told them it had been dispatched. The printer never arrived and DPD told me that they had never received the item for delivery. Tried three times to contact Easy Deals but they shy away from answering. Amazon only response it to scrub through bad feedback and refuse a refund, even though they know there is a problem. Avoid Easy Deals unless you can afford to lose your money.

Ordered a Brita water filter and jug via Amazon it never arrived sent messages to Easydeals UK never got a reply now I'm waiting for a refund from Amazon how they keep on trading is unbelievable I would never buy from this company in future

Ordered an electric toothbrush from these numpties via Amazon on 20th Feb. Left facility on 21st Feb and disappeared. Royal mail no tracking info and this seller does not respond to attempts to contact them. Still not arrived and its npw 6th March. Thank you Ama zon for my refund. Don't buy from these numpties.

Ordered an ink cartridge. EDD 28/02-02/03 then advised EDD 05/03. Now showing no delivery date at all. No response from the seller and Amazon say I don't yet qualify for a refund. Want the ink cardridge asap or a full refund.

Ordered 21st Feb 2026, still awaiting order via amazon.Order sent 2nd class untracked. Poor communication through amazon.
Please check before purchasing.

Ordered ink cartridges from this outfit. They promised same day delivery, a week later and still no delivery. No response to communications.

Very unimpressed.

Ordered on 22 February. Order still not delivered. Amazon Bot about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I am still none the wiser as to where my order is. Time to claim a refund.
