Will not refund incorrect additional charges

I have used Easyship for 3 years now and spent over £150,000 so when issues occur you would expect them to handle them efficiently and effectively but this is far from the case. recently I have had over 100 shipments that have had added charges for size issues after they have been delivered but I have proven to Easyship many times that my shipments are always booked correctly. They respond with "oh so sorry" and "we feel for you" etc but the issue has been dragging on for weeks now and I am owed almost £3000! I cannot afford this as a small business but they just dont understand.

Everything is fine until something goes wrong. Until you need them to act on your behalf to get the shipping cost back from a courier that messed up.

Suddenly they don't lift a finger. Because doing so would mean having to pay back their share of the profit as well.

Garbage company with bad corporate guidance, lazy CSR's and no consideration for their customers.

The 2.1 average that I have now further lowered, speaks for itself.

Avoid.

A clear meaning of SCAM

I would strongly advise against using Easyship based on my recent experience. I chose Easyship because their initial rates appeared competitive compared to other couriers. The shipment itself was extremely simple — just a standard letter envelope with a few documents. Nothing bulky, nothing unusual.
However, the issue started after the shipment was already delivered. My package was delivered on December 22, 2025, and everything seemed fine. Then, completely out of nowhere, on March 27, 2026 — more than three months later — I was hit with additional “adjustment charges” on my credit card.
This is where things become very concerning:
• The original weight of my shipment was 0.22 lbs, yet the courier arbitrarily adjusted it to 0.5 kg, which makes no logical sense for a document envelope.
• There was no prior warning, no approval request, and no transparency before or during the shipment.
• The charge was applied months after delivery, when there is no way for the customer to verify or challenge the claim properly.
When I contacted support, I was told that I needed to provide photos of the package on a scale — which is unrealistic considering the shipment was delivered months ago. This puts the customer in an impossible position.
The core issue here is not just the charge itself — it’s the lack of transparency, delayed billing, and unfair dispute process.
If pricing can change months after delivery without your consent, then the initial quote means nothing.
For a service that is supposed to simplify shipping, this experience did the exact opposite.
I do not recommend Easyship for any shipping use, especially if you value predictable pricing, transparency, and fair billing practices.

Where are no response for any mutter

Where are no response for any mutter, and claim. Only AI answered, but it does not help
I have to stop booking. they are chargin additional charges and tax without clear explonation, and do not answer for the claims

Easyship is a trustworthy company and a great platform to ship multiple packages for business

Easyship is a great platform to ship packages for business. The company has lower prices, multiple carriers available, it is easy to use. The duty fees and taxes for international packages show right away and can be paid by a shipper or receiver. The customer care Varun Joshi was very kind, patient, attentive, and professional. EasyShip acted with integrity even in a challenging situation. It is a trustworthy company that will do the right thing in your favor. Highly recommended.

You pay for the shipment labels and then the pickups fail. And you have to go through a long procedure to get your money back. TOTALLY unreliable!!!!

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. There is no one phone number to contact, they won't refund unused credit, they won't delete card information, and they require your ID to make purchases. Why would a shipping platform ever need the details on my driver's license? That's absolutely ridiculous.

The service is getting worse

The service is getting worse. If you’re not on the most expensive plan, you can’t cancel shipments online, and cancellation requests take up to 24 hours to process. You also have to follow up to make sure the shipment was actually canceled.

On top of that, overnight delivery is not guaranteed by Easyship, even when you pay for next-day service.

The company should be given a minus rating. Claims to have delivered the package, an utter lie. Do not use this company.
They are connected with Yuzira which is also a scam company.

Charged for 8 months on the wrong plan — and refused a refund

After my trial ended, Easyship placed me on a Premier subscription at £82.80/month without my knowledge. Their own email to me at the time stated my plan was Plus — not Premier. When I queried the charges, they acknowledged the email was an error on their part, but still refused to issue a refund, citing their T&Cs.

We send around 20 parcels a month. There is no world in which we would have knowingly signed up to Premier. The miscommunication from their own team is the reason I didn't question the charges sooner, and they've admitted as much — yet won't take responsibility for it.

I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank. I'd strongly advise anyone signing up to Easyship to check their billing carefully, as it appears plan upgrades can happen without clear consent.

500 poudn scam Please be careful

Please be careful. I ordered express delivery with UPS through EasyShip. It was for an international package, and the cost of the shipment was about £500.

I dropped it off at my local UPS station, which is basically a small kiosk selling other goods. The shipment didn't move for weeks, and now, four months later, it still says it hasn't moved yet. EasyShip and UPS are unable to locate it and cannot refund any of the shipment or the goods.

So basically, I paid 500 pounds, created a label, and neither EasyShip nor UPS did anything else. They refused to reimburse the package or the shipping fee.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

HORRIBLE Customer Service. My shipment was not being tracked and was eventually LOST. The customer service or lack there of is HORRIBLE. They don't even have a live representative to help with issues - only a robot AI. They told me to file a CLAIM for the LOST package and then they denied it. WHAT A JOKE - $200 worth of home made crafts GONE and they don't even want to reimburse me - even though i bought the insurance.

UPDATED: the insurance claim was APPROVED - however EASYSHIP refuses to CLOSE my account and REFUND me the monies due from the claim. A week has gone by and they have not provided me with a resolution.

Shipped 6 packages in sep 2025 , it’s hard to use software same address can’t combine shipments , don’t show shipping address until label printed wrong address printed cancel with in 3 minutes, my card was charged several times , requested refund until today 11 march 2026 still waiting for refund they asked me they can’t refund to card it paid provide account no , which was provided 20 days still no new , they said refunded when checked nothing almost 50 emails still going never seen this type of non professional customer service , now there is no courier choices on Easyship except usps which no one wants ,

Don’t use service there are several others options , I am trying to find out to take the matter to court and file a joint lawsuit , please come

I shipped 3 items

I shipped 3 items - 2 overseas and one local. So far all is well, one delivered, one out for delivery and the 3rd needs further looking into, BUT Easyship has been probably the best customer service experience I have ever had on line!!!!! Will definitely use again!

Do not pay for insurance

Do not pay for insurance. Easyship insurance is fraud. My business paid thousands in insurance after 2 years had a damage claim. Claim denied, improper packaging. Product was in original manufacturer packaging.

If you ship with easyship, self insure. They will take your insurance money but will not pay a claim.

Edit: I am updating my review, easy shipped reached out and is covering my claim. However, they did say this is a courtesy due to our long history of shipments, and that the packaging was not adequate.

If you ship high value liquids make sure to pack it by taping caps and padding box if it isn't tight. Take pictures of your packaging before shipping.

I will continue to ship dry products with easy ship, will only ship liquid if the margin is enough to justify the risk.
