The seller of ebay does not answer and the product comes in low quality and time is not fixed. Abe's service burden is bad, so think before buying the item.

These guys are cheaters i have order product and they are failed to deliver and not refunding my money back.

Never buy any product from fraud shopping website they do same with each users and this was the second time happening with me.

First time i thought it was my mistake but every time they do the same with all clients.

Also all chat support person are having scripts and they will copy and paste one line each time not ready to understand client frustration.

I need my money refund.

As one of the seller on ebay,Name - (ITDEAL) PACIFICSYSTEM ANDSERVICE ,Tel-9425317980,email , I have order one internal HDD via ebay and takes two hour to search order ,as seller cancel the order by saying or reason that area is non serviceable by courier,as since I am using same address from 2011 for delivery of product on ebay.Lastly Seller is liar & thief, please don't buy anything from itdeal.I request to ebay also please don't add this type of seller in their portal they always spoil name & rating of ebay.

EBAY INDIA IS FRAUD COMPANY. THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND MANY PEOPLE IN INDIA. EBAY INDIA MUST BE BLACKLISTED.

I am S Ganesh from Bangalore India.
I had placed order for lG G4 Mobile phone on 21­st March 2017. They promis­ed to deliver the same on 27th march 2017. If not they promised to refund my money immediately. They did not delivered the product or refund my money. They gave me a FAKE Air Way Bill No. DT­DC: D33446525­ which cannot be tracked. THIS PROVES THAT THEY ARE A FRAUD.

They then extended the delivery date to 2nd April 2017 without my permission. They still did not deliver the product as promised on 2nd April. I canceled the orde­r on 3rd April 2017 and claimed refund.

I received an email from the seller on 1st April 2017 saying that you will receive the refund from ebay india directly. Today is 10th April 2017 they have still not refunded my money. THEY HAVE CHE­ATED ME. I HAVE SENT SO MANY EMAILS, MADE SO MANY CALLS, THEY HAVE IGNORED IT.

THEY call me from this no.
+91 124 669 5400 once in 3 days and promise to refund within 48 hours. Today i received another call and they repeated the same thing. THEY LAIRS, CHEATS, SCOUNDRELS. IF THEY STILL HAVE A SENSE OF SHAME THEY SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY WITH INTEREST.

If they don't refund my money (Rs 17499 + interest) immedia­tely i will file cheating case against them.  I want my full money with intrrest, if not i will give a police complaint and file a consumer case against ebay india.

EBAY INDIA PAISAPAY IS A ROUGE COMPANY. THERE INTENTION IS ONLY TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS. THEY PURPOSELY HOLD THE MONEY OF CUSTOMERS ON FALSE PRETEXT. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM EBAY AGAIN. EBAY MUST LEARN FROM AMAZON, FLIPKART, SNAPDEAL AND OTHER SUCH ONLINE SELLERS HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. I CURSE EBAY FOR FOOLING ME AND TREATING ME SO BADLY.

THEY HAVE CHEATED MANY PEOPLE IN THE PAST, YOU CAN SEARCH FOR " Ebay paisepay fraud" on google.

Ebay is offering a very dissapointing customer service..agents dont even provide correct information and they are rude..

I have ordered a charger a month ago, but till date I have not received the charger nor my refund. Its been a month I have been following up with this crap people for my refund and every time m getting the same answer that your refund is on hold and allow us 72 hours we will get the refund done.

I have been calling from last 15 days for the refund of my order, but till date no refund . same answer m getting. I would really suggest people do not place any order from these cheaters as the site is complete cheaters they just take the money and do not refund the order.

I would really say that these people are really not worth at all and are cheaters no customer satisfaction is there . so if you don't want your hard earned money to be wasted than do not place any order from this cheaters.

Bought a DVD player on ebay for £59 and only able to use once.what a waste of money and time

You buy from eBay.in and if incase there's a problem from seller or in the order, you are gone. Get ready to waste your months not even days.

ebay.in india company is pathetic in replying and resolving customer complaints in case any disputes, even ebay gurantee claims are a point of attracting / fooling innocent customers.

I am literally so tired to raising complaints, I have took my hands off now. My Money is with ebay since 1 month, and I haven't received my order also.

I have proofs and call recordings to sue this company forever and claim back extra loads of money for online fooling and wasting time of innocent customers.

Understand carefully, If you are a fraud seller and want to easily cheat people online, go SignUp on eBay India, and grab innocent people's money. eBay India is best and suitable company for you.

Note: Innocent Buyers, and people of India. Save your time and money. Instead buy from local dealers or give extra money on other websites, instead buying from these fraudsters.

It's really reliable for ordering. I've used enay for past 4 years and love it. Orders are delivered before delivery time and if you cancel a product you instantly get refunded

i really feel trustpilot should start negative rating too for companies like ebay. ebay is like a local shop where there is little hope of branded product and its warranty .

Ebay's 50 % , 20 % offers are all fake and disgusting in nature . i had purchased one battery bank in month of jul which they claim original and with warranty , but received the old and tampered one . In an acknowledgement revert of raised claim from CC agent , that there will be no refund of the prod as " Product is as per description"

Had send the image as well of the received product after which they feel this was something different ( not as per prod descrp) , but they have reverted too that we'll investigate further and it will take time of a 20 days to refund your payment.
Now i am sitting in a month of aug and struggling to get refund of the same after n number of follow ups with CC agents. Its my personal advice not to go such fool and arrogant online websites for any purchase , as its might give an extra unwanted stress and make your life bitter.

I've been buying and selling on eBay for 5+ years now. I think it's a good site and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to sell their stuff.

Tip for consumers: Shop around on the site. Buy from people with good feedback. Those are the dependable sellers.

my paisa pay id no 43036494063,recently i purchased iphone 4s through ebay.in... it seems not working properly.. audio not working.. battery getting more drain.. touch screen too nor working sometimes.. if i slide slide switch off button it getting restart.. customer service too bad.. i contacted customer service many times but there s no proper response.. they not refunding amount..they cheating

I purchased iphone 5S on ebay. Ebay people cheated us by selling used product in their portal.
I took this phone to gallery as there was an issue in phone, they check through IMEI no. but it showed it is used by some one else & model of 2013. We try to contact Ebay customer care but no response from them.
I'm not at all satisfied with their products u people are cheaters, cheaters, cheaters............
U people show different quality in portal and delivery fake product on delivery. You should stop selling used product.
I would suggest people not to purchase from Ebay.

Have purchased few times from Ebay... Although not very happy, Quality control is not under Ebay as per their policy!! Imagine that!! Not coming back to buy anymore really!!
