Very much happy with ebay. They have the fastest delivery ever. Purchased many times and happy with their service.

I sold the buyer "mawheeldon " a kettle which was nearly new and in perfect condition .
He asked eBay for a refund because he said it blew up his electrics , he then told eBay he had sent my kettle back to me but the kettle he sent was a broken old battered kettle with the wrong base.
eBay refunded him, he has my kettle and he has left me negative feedback,but I've had it removed.
I have reported him to the police and am having an on going dispute with eBay. I will be contacting watch dog and urge others to do so also . Ebay are affectively harbouring criminals

I tried ebay 2 times, both time I got fake products and when when I request for return and refund, I got not good response and service. Return process take more then 30 days.
So I am not happy with ebay.

I purchased a smartphone of Xolo through this site. I got a dead item.
Claim lodged but they rejected the claim and advised me to get it repaired from service center. Seller was yahhi bazaar of Jaipur. Set supplied was definitely oldone as service center ddidn't find IME no in their computer. Whose fault is it...seller is happy with eBay's decision.
This is way they are protecting buyers interest !! Since then I never visited eBay's site.

Whilst you buy from Ebay.in you should be very careful. They are least bothered about the customer satisfaction and would close off your claims though clearly they know customers are at loss.

out of them two were bad and were bad copy of chinese porudcts. hence i filed complaint in paisapay. they called after 2 weeks to resolve and agreed to provide 50% refund for one in the form of coupon which can be used for a window of 30 days and for another they assured full refund.

Its over a month, till now i have neither got that coupon and nor the refund. And I have sent couple of mails only to recieve no response. Fraud and cheat company. Never buy from them. their paisapay is a big JOKE

Good site for online shopping. A large variety of products, perhaps the widest variety found on any online shopping site. The only hitch is the shipping, there is no free delivery but otherwise the delivery time is good and also good support.

Good website to buy Electronics Items they have wide range of Electronic products and price is also cheap. But sometime you will get duplicate products, so check seller reviews and ratings before buying.
