Eclipse did our kitchen a few months back and what a wonderful experience. Everyone was amazing initially starting off with Mark who had great ideas and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't make it easy as we wanted to keep some old units and Mark had to match them. Mark we should have taken your advise but all ended up perfect 😁
The fitters Nathan, Chris and Charlie were a pleasure to work with. Very talented with attention to details and again nothing was too much trouble. Electrican was very thorough and Shaun the plasterer was so good we had him back to do a private job. Fabulous workmanship from the guys at Melrosa the company that did our Quartz worktop and splashbacks.
Eclipse is very lucky to have such a good team on board. Definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend this company and amazing team. Thank you.

Kitchen Review
We absolutely love our new kitchen!

From the very beginning, Mark was brilliant. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us make the most of the space. There were lots of little details that were important to us, and Mark was so helpful in bringing everything together. The design is exactly what we wanted — modern, practical and just looks amazing.

Eclipse did a great job with the installation too. Everything was done to a high standard, and we couldn’t fault the whole process.

The finished kitchen has completely transformed our home and is honestly better than we could have imagined. We are so pleased with it and spend so much more time in the space now.

A massive thank you to Mark and everyone at Eclipse Kitchens — we would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We couldn’t be happier!

We are currently in the process of project number 2!
We are adding a media wall as we were so happy with the result from our kitchen we wanted to add this in to finish our kitchen/family room.

I would not recommend Eclipse Kitchens and Bedrooms based on my experience. The project was poorly managed from start to finish, with communication being inconsistent and promises regularly missed.

The quality of the installation did not meet the standard I had expected for the price paid. Several issues required attention after completion, and resolving these took longer than they should have. Whilst the initial sales process was professional, the service delivered afterwards fell well short of expectations.

Customer service was disappointing when problems were raised, leaving me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, the experience was frustrating and stressful rather than the smooth, professional service that was advertised.
Unfortunately, I would not use Eclipse Kitchens and Bedrooms again and cannot recommend them to others.

Edit (21 July) - initial review written and graded in frustration after the issues outlined below. The magic corner catches badly when we open it. The fitter works with eclipse regularly, called the factory and was told this is just how they work. We did not receive any care information on the granite. I would recommend people considering eclipse get them to do the fitting as otherwise the support after supply becomes pretty minimal.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing purchasing experience. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected quality products and professional customer service. Instead, I received a damaged component, poorly performing premium fittings, and a company that seemed far more interested in taking payment than resolving legitimate concerns.amended grading. The cabinets provided are fine. I still find it hard to believe that the magic corner would work so poorly. Our fitter contacted the factory and was told this is normal. We did not receive any care instructions on the granite.

We received a damaged panel, raising serious questions about quality control before items are dispatched. But this was blamed on our fitters. The expensive “magic corner” cupboard mechanisms, sold as a premium feature, have never operated smoothly. For products that carry such a substantial additional cost, the performance falls well below what any reasonable customer would expect.

The biggest issue has been the granite worktops. They have stained far more easily than I believe properly prepared and sealed granite should. Rather than investigating the possibility that the stone was inadequately sealed or offering a meaningful solution, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. The response felt defensive from the outset, with little willingness to acknowledge that there might be a genuine problem.

Customer service has been poor. Once payment had been secured, obtaining support became an uphill battle. Instead of taking ownership of the issues, I was left chasing responses while my concerns were minimised or dismissed.

I was also uncomfortable with the pressure to make payments before all of the goods had even been supplied. That approach, combined with the poor after-sales support, left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority.

When you invest thousands of pounds in a kitchen, you expect products to arrive in perfect condition, premium upgrades to function properly, and any genuine issues to be handled professionally and fairly. In my experience, Eclipse Kitchens failed to meet those expectations. I would not purchase from them again and would urge anyone considering them to carry out very thorough research before committing.

Jay came to see us to plan our new kitchen, I gave him the brief and he delivered, the kitchen is everything I asked for and more. Although we had a few issues they have been resolved very quickly and professionally. I cant wait to show it off. Thank you

From my initial enquiry to delivery nothing was too much trouble with no high pressure sales, just a personal service nothing was rushed. Everything was manufactured to our requirements and the quantity and workmanship is exceptional, highly recommended and will definitely be using again.

WE had a small bedroom fitted by Eclipse and we are extremely happy with the result, we were really short of cupboard space and and the designer came up with a good way to maximize space without making the room look cramped, a electrician that I had organized separately from Eclipse let me down at the last minute and Eclipse came to the rescue with their own electrician, also thanks to Mike the fitter who did a great job for us and worked extremely hard in a difficult space.

We had wardrobes and a vanity unit fitted for my daughters bedroom. Eclipse were far from the cheapest but we were taken in by the promise of a great product fitted to the highest quality. Sadly, this was far from our experience. The quality of the fitting was exceptionally poor and my husband has had to spend hours dealing with them to come back to refit all of the wardrobes and units. The company have been difficult to deal with throughout and have made various promises which at all steps they have failed to live upto. Through the poor fitting the company caused hundreds of pounds of damage to our property. They committed to make good this loss but now ignore all correspondence. The management team fail to return calls and as such my husband is now starting legal proceedings to recover our losses. Do not deal with this company, once they have your money they don't care.

The standard of workmanship displayed in the fitting of a fitted wardrobe is incredibly poor with large gaps left where scribing has been poorly performed which the fitter has tried to hide with silicone.

The fitter also showed a complete lack of respect to my belongings. At the time of fitting I was having a bathroom fitted and all new bathroom furniture. The fitter made no attempt to cover up the bathroom furniture and my new bathroom furniture has now been covered in saw dust.

I've complained to the company and i'll update based on the progress of resolving these issues

Thank you for your response. I've sent you an email showing the quality of the workmanship performed which highlights this isn't a caulking issue its an incredibly poor finish with no care or skill taken

We are incredibly impressed with the service received.
We have a awkward space for wardrobes.
Eclipse designed & fitted truly bespoke drawers & robes to fit our space.
From the beginning to end We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.
We will be using you again for out kitchen

The workmanship is not bespoke and they are over priced for what you get you can go to ikea and get the same thing cheaper

From the start, choosing a kitchen to Jay designing it, I love it. Debbie in customer services was great to deal with. Highly recommend Eclipse. Thank you to you all, the quality is second to none and I love my new kitchen.

A few minor glitches along the way,something that can happen on any installation but quickly resolved by Debbie in customer services with no fuss or drama.
Special thanks to the Surveyor Tom for resolving a small problem on a pevious Eclipse installed kitchen even though it was installed over 4 years ago and also to Installer Ian who worked with us and went above and beyond what was expected of him.
This is now our 3rd installation carried out by Eclipse (1 kitchen and 2 bedrooms) and we are pleased with both quality and the services provided by Eclipse.

From Planning the Bedroom with Phil who was not pushy and very informative with some great ideas to the delivery driver Barry who couldn’t help enough to finally Ian who is a fitter who did a fantastic job we are so pleased with the bedroom I would not hesitate to recommend eclipse in future ….. well done to all

First up the quality of the kitchen units and fitting is fantastic and have held there quality for years since our initial installation, we wanted extra units fitting and these were of equally high standard. The main issue is the customer service/payments. We would like to think we are honest people who can be trusted and having worked and paid on time previously we would hope that as existing customers this would have been understood. However this time the office were absolutely relentless in chasing payment this was on the day we gave birth to our first child after having eclipse change the original day of fitting at short notice, we was still in the hospital yet was getting call after call every couple of hours for payment as if we was about to leave the country. As previous customers we were expecting a gracious approach from eclipse, this was not the case, it seemed desperate and at a time when we was busy to say the least, the bombardment was unnecessary and undignified, to stop the calls I paid over the phone whilst still in the hospital room. I expected a lot better

Kitchen is now nice and tidy with your makeover new worktops, sink, oven, hob and extractor fan. New electrical consumer unit was also fitted bring home up to date with current legislation.

The whole experience with Eclipse Kitchens and bedrooms was excellent from the planning, preparation and installation. Such a great quality kitchen made in their own factory with pride. This is my second kitchen from Eclipse and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about a new kitchen or bedroom. Barry and the team are all great to deal with and the trade people from plasterer, kitchen fitter’s and electrician are superb. Thank you Eclipse team you’ve all been fantastic 😊 Mr and Mrs Dix

Fantastic service from Eclipse from planning stage with Jay ,who is extremely knowledgable in design and all aspects of helping you plan .He visited our home without any pushy sales talk ,followed by Tom who surveyed the Job ,even though it was considered small .Chris the fitter and his team were brilliant ,so helpful and very considerate .Debbie in customer services kept us informed and was always available for any queries .Would highly recommend Eclipse kitchens and bedrooms .

We are very happy with our wardrobes and had a great experience from start to finish with Eclipse.
Jay in the showroom was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Debbie in customer service was equally great at every stage. The fitter (Ian) has done an amazing job and we could not be happier. All round great company, really friendly and professional staff and highly recommended.

After previously posting my review of this kitchen manufacturer whom refused to recognise that a dish washer door was faulty due to water ingress the faults have been repaired, not by Eclipse however.

Whilst this has been done it was also found the kick panels under the cupboards had been cut down and the exposed cut parts left resting on the tiles. This means when mopping the tiles water is being absorbed on the panels causing swelling. The panels should be cut and the exposed edges faced upwards and sealed with varnish.
If you have a kitchen fitted by Exlipse ensure they install the panel correctly as our kitchen has now had several swollen faces with finish lifting.
