Uselles dispute regulator..
I made complain that casino scammed me fro 1000€ and waited over 3 months just to get told that case is resolved in favour of the operator.
Don't waste your time on them, they are paid off by casinos...

At first they appeared quite interested in my case but just let it drift on and on. According to their own policy they were supposed to update me regularly with details of how the case was going but every time I had to ask them to tell me the latest news. It felt as though they were just waiting for me to give up. After six months with no progress I took alternative measures and had my money returned from the poker site almost immediately.

Ecogra ARE NOT independent. They are paid (bribed) by the betting companies.
I provided the evidence of ( in my opinion) clear theft . I even said I await you finding the operator is correct! They off course did. I then went to my bank with THE EXACT SAME EVIDENCE and they refunded my money they stole. I have asked Ecogra why their outcome was a different but of course they will not reply .

Shocking. Always side with the bookmaker. Customers within the gambling industry never get a fair crack at the whip. Should be ashamed.

After trying unsuccessfully for over six months to retrieve my winnings, both on my own and through Casino Guru, I finally achieved a resolution within three weeks of submitting a single email to eCOGRA. This resulted in the recovery of my winnings. In my view, turning to eCOGRA was the best decision I made, and I rate them 5 stars.

The low Trustpilot rating likely stems from individuals viewing their claims emotionally, which can cloud their judgment. If you have a legitimate claim, eCOGRA will resolve it; if you don't, they won't.

They'll side with the scamming companies. Ecogra will pretend that they want to help, won't be in touch for months and then contact you to state that they have closed the case.

In my case, they insisted that I hadn't forwarded documents on to Unibet. I have evidence that I did this 7 months ago, and a month later Unibet advised me to go to Ecogra. I've waited 6 months for a verdict, only for Ecogra to provide me with blatant lies, despite my evidence to the contrary.

Unfortunately my experience seems to be of a similar tone to the majority of others. Do not use them, seek your own legal representation. I certainly will be now!

Utterly useless, decisions are made by the gaming company.

Everybody within the gambling industry knows that these 'impartial' adjucators such as eCOGRA and IBAS are in the pockets of the gaming companies. I and many others who are highly experienced,are without doubt sure that there is underhand transactions around this.

Small tip for any disputes: Go straight to small claims court, or to court if a larger value. Courts do not look kindly on gaming companies in the UK.

Rubbish companies, why can they survive in this world and defraud gamblers of their hard-earned money? The UK should eradicate such rubbish companies. Help casinos cheat money together, the world's number one fraud company, withdraw money and say illegal games

What is the point of ecogra. They are clearly do nothing and are not fit for purpose. There is a reason Unibet choose them for arbitration and that is so Unibet can continue to steal peoples money.

This has to be the worst and most corrupt company ever, they will only side with scam casinos and there is probably good reason for this as it’s the scam casino that recommended I contact them.
Avoid this company at all costs and go straight to the gambling commission, this company needs to be shut down the more people stop using them the better and quicker this will happen.
I’m still owed 12k from the scam site theonlinecasino and they will not get away with this, these sites never complain when your losing but as soon as you win they find a loophole to not payout and with corrupt companies like eCOGRA to help them.

I sent a dispute into your company as jackpot village had VERIFIED my account and then When I won they closed my account and wouldn’t return my $5,000 and the $800 I had left to play so I put in a dispute with yous waited then I finally herd they had sent in the information and we had to wait when it came back the decision was in their favour the reason they said I didn’t meet minium verification and that there were discrepancies in my documents and they didn’t have to share

I was told I have 7 days to send in all my stuff to have a look at then yous would make another decision did yous even look at the documents cos 7 days later you sent a email saying the case was closed
Now I did everything the casino asked I VERIFIED my account before I started playing I played I won they didn’t wana pay after seeing the reviews online from both your and their company I see it happens a lot to people

If i could give zero stars i would. Surprise surprise they sided with the casino and refused to pay my 2500 winnings. Absolute waste of time using this company. Nobody should use it and put ecogra out of business as they are in the corrupt casinos pockets. Shame on them

This company is not fit for the job they have agreed with a very dishonest casino that I use VPN yet I never have in my entire life and didn't know what one is. And had I, T guy prove this to me they also took the entire 3months to get back to me yet had their dishonest results within 2months and have not kept me up2date with what ever they were doing nor provid any details of such acusition . I ruchita sudan so tarsam lal living in India .me and my brother have joint account in state Bank of india we both thee rights to use the account funds ..i m able to use it accordingly to the rules of india but they r saying your not able to use that ...also sometimes I open my account in my brothr phone ...sometimes he use mine and I also use phone of my brother . As usally Indian do .. But they both never their betway I'd Please give me my funds with interest of that amount

Later after my several winnings withdrawals

This is to inform you that till now i have completed all the stages of enquiries right from beginning from customer support to betway manager . BUT AMOUNT OF MY WINNING IS NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.
I AM NOW APPROACHING ECOGRA FOR ME GIVING THE JUSTICE.
