A certification from this company means absolutely nothing. On playtika’s wsop game it is blatantly obvious that many aspects are far from random yet every month Ecogra renews their certification. Just look at the forums and Facebook page way too many people posting pics of absolutely impossible happenings. Things more improbable than winning big lottery jackpot. Not a certification that carries any merit whatsoever

Just another firm takeing tax payers…
Just another firm takeing tax payers money for doing nothing. I had a problem with potsofluck casino on line . I ask them to look into my promblem and why I was not getting my withdrawals paid . They did and said there is nothing they can do to help me and closed my complaint… I spoke to a solicitor and all he did was send the casino 1 Email within 48 hours I was paid .!!! So what the fuccc was this company doing ? They say the are specialists lol 😂 there phone is always on answering machine. They do not reply to the emails … I have now ask my solicitor to take action against them for miss information and as to why they closed my complaint… waist of time

i dont understand all the negative reviews, i had money owing to me from bgo, & after 6 months i managed to get my winnings, thanks to Ecogra, as bgo would not pay me out even after i provided everything they asked

They r big thieves to i have problem with 32 red ecogra dont listen 32 red scam with me now i start the case against 32 red in court how they scam to people only 1 percent give 99 percent rob when big winnings come like monoply crazytime roulette they rejected ur bets i also mention on my case and appeal respected judges also inquiry ecogra and ibas they have patnership with 32 red

Funded by gambling companies and not fit for purpose.
You can provide all the evidence necessary to highlight a casino has acted unlawfully and in breach of MGA guidelines and yet they will always find in the operators favour.
They are criminals and it is a waste of time approaching them.

Not Very Neutral - Will Support Gambling Site in Disputes
eCOGRA claims to be an independent regulatory body for the online gambling industry.
However, because of the way it assesses cases, it will always support the Gambling Sites, to the disadvantage of their customers.
eCOGRA only care about Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), they don't take any other evidence into consideration.
So, if the Gambling site states in their T&Cs that they have the right to withhold any winnings, then eCOGRA will always come down on their side.
Not very neutral.
