absolutely satisfied with ecutesting.com service. i have a MK2 Ford Kuga throwing up code P068A constantly; thats comes with a list of tests to do before you settle on the ECU as the problem. we checked everything suggested and then sent the ECU to ecu testing; i sent it on the Tuesday, they got it Wednesday morning, tested it, found a fault, rebuilt the ECU and sent it back the same day; i got it this morning (Thursday) my mechanic came around this evening to refit the ECU, and now the car runs again :) excellent service and would highly recommend them...

Remember the good old days when customer service was key and you got the job done quickly and efficiently.

ECU testing are old school, my Turbo Actuator was collected Thursday afternoon and was back on Tuesday fixed and ready to git.

I was kept informed every step of the way. The service was faultless and I would highly recommend.

Cost me £245 the mercedes independent wanted £1600 because they wanted to change the turbo even though it was obvious the actuator was faulty.

So my experience was 100 percent five star positive.

I must say that I was a little apprehensive sending off my airbag ÉCU but the service I have received was absolutely amazing.
ECUTesting arranged collection which comically took 6 minutes! The DHL man was down the road when the job came available, which was very amusing when he turned up at the door as it was the 1st April!
The unit was fixed the next day and sent back straight away and when fitted back it worked perfectly.
I therefore felt compelled to write a trust pilot review and recommend them on my motorhome Facebook group too.
Absolutely brilliant from my experience.

Absolutely fantastic company with great staff. Took my BMW dash cluster there. Quick and efficient at the reception. Spoke to both Karen and Emma and they were both totally professional and informative. I would not hesitate to take any other items there that needed testing or repairing. I really cannot say how impressed I was with them. Completely satisfied and happy with my experience there.

hi i have spoken to this company after a breif conversation with karen who gave 5 star services i would not hesitate to send my ecu and other items to them for repair also like to mention gary who talked me through some stuff a genuine and humble person

My ECU needed repair under warranty with these guys and the work was done in their usual quick and efficient way. It was picked up and returned all no charge. Great service highly recommended.

Despite giving a lot of information to this company about my ecu problem before sending the unit, ECU Testing still accepted my unit and then told me it was unrepairable, doing more research since I have found out from other sources that the unit in question is always unrepairable and has to be rebuilt 100% of the time. I spent quite a lot of money to send it to them from outside the UK, they then charged me almost 3 times as much in postage to send it back to me.
Complete waste of time and money

Lies. A male opperative said he was familliar with our 2002 land cruiser ECM but whoever took over from him when the unit was taken to them became useless. I could not talk to any higher up person with more forthcoming data. It is like the secret service as usual with big companies like them. Absolutely abysmal customer care.
They are posting me the unit back but their internet chat does not know why it was a waste of fuel and time to travel 20 miles to take the unit to them because the operative said we can sort it out but then could not but could not confirm why.

Dopo comunicazione telefonica e eseguita la scheda tecnica, ho spedito la centralina. Con dispiacere ho ricevuto la notifica che non è riparabile. Ho chiamato per spiegazioni e gentilmente mi hanno confermato quanto già detto assumendo l'onere della spese di rispedizione della centralina.

I made initial contact after buying a MK2 Ford Focus and it breaking down after a week.
After doing a bit of research found the instrument cluster is a common fault on the MK2 Focus. Unfortunately, it was over the Christmas period and the dealership I bought it from were not helpful at all, basically saying they wouldn't take the car back or even look at it.
I was put on to ECU testing from the Ford dealership in Chesterfield.
I called and spoke to Grant. He was simply amazing. I am autistic and was having a bit of a meltdown at the time. He was so patient and explained everything I needed to do, clear guidance and gave me prices, just generally so reassuring.
I also spoke with Joe the same day also great customer service.
I spoke to 2 other people to arrange the collection and everyone just lovely.
I got the cluster out and dropped it too them, I had a phone call the next day saying it had been rebuilt.

Not very reliable. Pump failed after 12 months and they would not honour the warranty as they had already given me a refund to change my negative feedback to good feedback so most of the feedback they have is fake

Ottimo servizio, personale super qualificato e disponibile, gentilissimo Antonio nella gestione del disservizio con DHL.
In caso di bisogno so certamente a chi rivolgermi, hanno sistemato la centralina della mia Peugeot 2008 con una spesa minima e tempi ridotti, se l'avessi dovuta sostituire starei ancor aspettando il ricambio.

Sent my Instrument Cluster to get soldering repair done, the guys received it on the Monday at 1120am and I received it back 24 hours later fully repaired. Unbelievable service would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a repair. Fantastic company great customer service and amazing turn around. If I could give more stars I would!
