Faster than the roadrunner! I was cautious at first but when the glasses came I was at ease, original products and good customer service!

Fast delivery, excellent packaging

First of all I tried to order from the site via PayPal, witch after contacting them, I was informed that there was a problem from their end and it wasn’t possible.
At the moment PayPal option was available at the site.
I procced with the order, buy paying via credit card and I contacted them immediately to verify that the product was available and confirming the date of delivery.
At the time the product was available and the ETA would be at 5th of August.
They confirmed the availability, but didn’t give mr an ETA. I’ve contacted them via call AGAIN and I received the tracking information. Still I didn’t had an ETA from them.
As the days passed and there were not any updates for the delivery, I send them two e-mails asking for clarifications. NO ANSWER. The status at UPS was that the label was created but the courier had not received the package.
So I called them again and I was informed that there was a ‘mistake’ and the product is not available and I will receive an email from them with more clarifications.
Up until now i have not got any update not an answer from them not even an apology for their lack of communication.
Of course there is no compensation from the company, due to lack of respect to the customers.
I asked them to send the product but they still did not reply to me.
Overall bad customer support, not true updates for the delivery or the availability of the products, lack of communications from their part, do not give a ... for their customers, not even an apology.

Very good product, we were often informed, there was only a problem in the precidure of payment we didn't know if we paid, we didn't received any kind of message, very good package

ΓΡΗΓΟΡΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΟΤΙ ΖΗΤΗΣΑ ΜΟΥ ΗΡΘΕ.

Είναι κλέφτες και απατεώνες παρήγγειλα γυαλιά 415€ τα πλήρωσα και μου στείλανε το κουτί άδειο μου είπαν ότι η εταιρεία χρεοκόπησε και δεν μου έχουνε στείλει ούτε γυαλιά ούτε λεφτά μετά από 500 mail και το site λειτουργεί κανονικά για παραγγελίες για τα επόμενα θύματα προσοχή απατεώνες

I ordered a pair of sunglasses. I prepaid them and when the order came they had charged me twice. They have no respect for customers, commercial policies and their online online policies.Although they accept their mistake they don’t do refunds. It’s very suspicious and should be investigated.

I had placed 2 orders which I prepaid at September 25th for items that seemed to be in stock and ready to dispach in 2-3 weeks. From then on they kept saying they had backorderd these items and that was the reason of the great delαy telling me that they would refund any time. This month after many attempts from my side they admitted they won't refund and denied to sent items from their huge stock as a compensation. They still accept, fulfill and send orders to unsuspected customers while by keeping our money they avoid paying taxes and VAT to their government. Somebody should take action.
