When I went into the doncaster store I was met with a lovely lady michelle whom talked me through everything and she was really thoughtful throughout. She showed me the scooter that I was interested in and showed me how it worked. She was very professional in her work she talked me through everything I needed to know. I would totally recommend to all my family n friend to use this store.

I visited the Doncaster shop with my Mother in Law as she needed a mobility scooter. We met Dave. Dave knew exactly what my MIL needed. She was able to have a ride on the scooter outside to get a feel of what it’s like to use. Dave explained everything about the scooter, delivery expectations and the paperwork. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Although he was busy he always greeted other customers coming in the shop.
The delivery was quick (3 days after buying) and the member of staff who delivered the scooter took time to explain everything. Thanks to all the staff involved with our positive experience.

My mum has used this company for 20 years ,my dad ordered a scooter paid alot of money for it,the lady in the shop was lovely and helpful.when it arrived no charger no basket my dad who cannot walk was devastated. I rang eden mobility and all I got human error well I think it's very very bad customer service

Recently went to Eden with a sort of vague idea of what it was I wanted to help with mobility. After myself and my partner spoke to the highly knowledgeable staff, we settled on leasing a power chair. The process was quick and smooth. Thank you Eden for giving me back a piece of my life and allowing me to get about again

This was a first time wheelchair purchase for me and I needed sound reliable advice. Michelle and Dave in the shop were very helpful. Michelle certainly had a lot of expertise to share with me which helped with choosing the right one.
They were both very friendly, polite and courteous.

Our first time looking into mobility scooters and we had found it a little daunting with so many models available. We walked into Eden in Doncaster and were immediately put at ease by Michelle. She went above and beyond to understand my needs and completely made me feel at ease in the shop surrounding. She patiently listened and came up with the solution without being pushy or persuasive. She was totally professional in everything she said or did and it made one of the best shopping experiences we ever had
