Fantastic service every time. The manager lucie is so friendly, warm and welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the shop. She really knows her job and nothing ever seems too much trouble. If there's a problem, she does everything she can to get it sorted quickly and makes the whole process so much easier. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. A lovely, inviting shop with brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Our nice experience this morning
I am a community support worker, I attended the shop this morning with a client. We were met with very friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome
( Lucie and Jonathan). We browsed around the shop, the staff advised us, gave us a mobility magazine for us to take away, we will definitely return and recommend to our other service users for future purchases.

Only last week we went regarding a scooter for one of our Clients we had been given some funding towards and she was there right away seeing how we can find what we needed she explained everything about it and knew what she what she was talking about we even ended up with a Bag for the back of it unbelievable service
