Eden Mobility - Sheffield Reviews 

After a personal recommendation from a family member, we visited the Sheffield branch to get information and advice to keep me out in the countryside and enjoying life, while managing my health and mobility issues. Carol, was very helpful, friendly, and informative. She also arranged for us to get a £10 off voucher, which was very generous and helpful. Thanks Carol.

Steph at the Sheffield store was very helpful, informative and patient with my Mum. She asked good questions about what her requirements were and made good recommendations based on the answers.

Carol at Wadsley Bridge Sheffield was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will certainly be returning when I need anything else.

We were very happy with our visit to the Sheffield shop to look for a mobility scooter for my husband.
Steph was very friendly and helpful and quickly understood what we needed. There were plenty to choose from and she was able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the different ones for our situation.
We were particularly impressed that there was absolutely no pressure to buy on that afternoon.
Steph suggested that we should have a home visit to try the scooter there which we did before finalising our decision.

I visited the Halifax rd store today to view mobility scooters. Steph helped me find a scooter that was perfect for me. She was very helpful and answered everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend paying them a visit.

I called into the store on Halifax Road, Sheffield and asked if they had a couple of items that would help me with my back and walking. The manager whose name is Carol helped me to decide what would be best suitable for me. She listened to what I had to say and she described exactly what benefits the items which would be most suitable.

The store was very spacious and welcoming steph was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble managed to get everything i needed

Took mum to Eden Sheffield just to look at the lightweight Genie Ultra Light. We were greeted by Carol who was welcoming and very friendly. Put mum at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Even got mum out in the carpark for a ride, explaining everything to both of us. Mum was more than happy to purchase the scooter and now can’t wait to take delivery. Would highly recommend Eden and the lovely Carol for any mobility products you may need. Thank you Carol.

We went to Eden mobility store to purchase a rollater to help my wife more mobile and we were served by a lovely lady called Carol who was very knowledgeable,polite and helpful making a very pleasant experience.

Went to Shop just LOOKING but after receiving friendly and helpful advice from Steph and Carol I made a purchase. I purchased a Drive Scout. Can wait to receive it.

We visited the Eden store situated on Halifax Road, Sheffield, with the intention of buying a mobility scooter. We chose the right store to visit, with the two staff members on duty, (Steph & Carol) as our visit couldn't have been better. There was a wide range of scooters to view, and Steph and Carol were fantastic, in that they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The both clearly loved the job they were doing and are a credit to Eden. Nothing was too much trouble, We made a purchase of a new scooter and left very satisfied customers. From our experience, I can say I highly recommend Eden and their products, and to Steph and Carol, I can say you were absolute stars. Thank-you for looking after us!

The 2 members of staff (carol and stephanie) were amazing, made me feel very welcome. Couldn't do enough to talk me through my purchase of my mobility scooter even making us coffee and biscuits, they went through every detail thoroughly and I left a very happy customer who would definitely recomend this company to anyone with mobility problems, 10/10.
