Very please with this casting kit. I bought the eco kit less waste. The details of the hands is unbelievable. Definitely recommend. Customer service was excellent.

Stunning results - trust the process!
This really is such a beautiful idea. And so well designed that anyone can get perfect results. At a few points in the process I was sure I had messed up (alginate powder didn't combine easily with the water at first; felt there were too many air bubbles in the alginate; we probably took our hands out a bit too agressively...) But then I crumbled away the alginate to reveal the plaster and it was perfect! Captured so much fine detail. The cast is currently on the side drying and still uncanny to me to catch sight of it and totally recognise my partner's hand and his knuckles. Love it!

Birthday Gift.
I got this item as a birthday gift for my mum. We haven't used it just yet, so can't comment on how it turned out, but it's goin to be my mums,mine & my daughters hand holding each others. 3 generations. I think she'll absolutely love it! ❤️🥰

Perfect
Our second attempt. My husband held my hand so tight that my fingers were squashed. Lovely dome. When it is done we will send it back for painting.

We received a kit as an anniversary gift.
Sadly, the casting did not solidify as the instructions suggested. The entire process was a major disappointment.
Customer service was not helpful in resolution. We would never buy or recommend this!

I'm sorry if you didn't find customer service helpful in resolving this for you.
As you know we did offer to send a new kit out to you so that you could have another attempt. We asked for an order number but didn't hear back from you. We just need some proof of purchase before going to the expense of sending a new kit out to you as you are based in Canada!
Once we have an order number or email confirmation then we'd be more than happy to send out another kit for you to try again.
