Born in 2010, Edinburgh Gin is distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city.
We take inspiration from the wonder-filled city that is our name’s sake – a captivating city of contrasts and harmony that blends historic tradition with contemporary creativity, city pride with world citizenship, nature and the urban environment. We began with our Classic, a world class London Dry, which became the foundation for a series of expressions that led the flavoured gin revolution, pushing boundaries and breaking down conventions.

On a recent trip to Edinburgh Castle I sampled Edinburgh gin and decided it would make a lovely gift for an old friend. She received the gift by post and was thrilled .. she has really enjoyed trying the three different flavours.

Great quality gin
These gins are the best I have tasted. There are a variety of flavours, none of which detract from the unique basic flavour of the gin.
The choices offered make this gin an exciting and pleasurable experience.

Mixed fortunes!
The gin I ordered arrived quickly and very safely packed. I look forward to trying it with friends.
However, when I tried to order an engraved bottle I could not do so after several failed attempts I abandoned the idea.

Worth a Visit
The tour was interesting. I enjoyed being surrounded by the smell of the ingredients and it was enjoyable tasting a few different gins in a relaxed, smaller room. Good value.

We took the Decadent Duo tasting tour
We took the Decadent Duo tasting tour. It's a little longer and more expensive than the Classic Tour but well worth it.
The tour guide takes you through a tasting of five separate gins coupled with chocolate and garnishes and mixers.
It amazed me how the taste changes from a neat sip then after a paired chocolate then a garnish and finally a mixer.
Having been an occasional simple gin and tonic drinker this tour will change your perception of the various gins and how you drink them forever!

What great service, especially as I placed my order just before New Year at one of the busiest times.
We've been lovers of Edinburgh Gin for few years, and this was perfect thankyooo present for a couple of our friends.
Even came with a lovely gift card and a sample of another product to enjoy.
