Daniel was knowledgeable, patient to no end, and always willing to hear out our questions, and if he does not know the answer, always willing to check with the dev team We were really grateful to be working w him and eDirectory.

This company will pretend they are super professional and supportive but as soon as you need support, their true colors come out! The support team is a joke! They ignore your calls and take WEEKS to call or email you back when you leave a message. They have a great product, but if you are looking for a great product and great service, this is not the place to go! You will spend SO MUCH of your precious time waiting on these people. Save yourself the frustration now and go someplace else. BEWARE!!!

I like they way staff take time to work with their customers, to ensure their understanding of the product they are about to purchase. I was scheduled for a 15 min call, that turned into a 45 minute call. I did not feel pressured to purchase or buy anything I did not need for my project, which is great for someone like me that is just starting and on a limited budget.

Even before I bought the license I got a great support. All my questions were answered. There are a lot of material which helps with the beginning (FAQ, Support Center,...). The backend is really easy to navigate and to understand. Great choice!
