taken money from my account without using their services - no reply whatsoever after 6 months. am now having to dispute it with my bank. VERY untrustworthy company.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. I am having the same exact issue as everyone else. I have tried to cancel it numerous times and it does not cancel the subscription. I emailed in January and was told they cancelled my membership and erased all of my financial information only to realize I am still being charged months later. Total scam!!

I really see it helpful to me to study math.

I dont receive the confirmation email and they continue to charge me monthly. The only contact info provided on their website is an email address but I don't get a response when contacting it. I contacted Educational App Store to cancel my account eighteen months ago - they didn't do it.
I have just realised that I am still being billed (yes, I know - I should have realised) but now I recognise that cancelling it through their site does NOTHING!! I've 'cancelled' on their site 3 times in the past week and it has done nothing.
I've contacted them via email - they've replied, assured me that they'd cancel and would fix it and.... NOTHING. I'm absolutely furious and want my last 18 months fees returned to me AND my billing cancelled immediately!!!!

I would give negative stars if that were possible. I have attempted to cancel this subscription several times but never received a cancellation confirmation email and they continue to charge my bank account. I ended up reaching out to my bank to resolve this issue.

The site is too old school.. for it to be in 2024

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The site is a scam you can’t cancel the subscription you cancel it they say within 24 hours you’ll have an email you never receive it and they keep billing 4 months now I’ve been trying cancel and nothing not even a reply from the emails sent!

Same issues as most others.
I made the mistake of creating an account, never knowingly approving the co to take £4.99/m for services. I never signed up for any apps. Sent several requests to cancel on website, no change. Email sent to web team, no reply yet

#2: Update (27/05/2024)
I finally received a reply, relatively positive, from Spencer Riley, stating an investigation will commence for comms breakdown, reimbursement review and immediate cancellation of fees.
Let's hope the actions will be followed through & leaving a less favourable review on TP helps. I wish it didn't have to result with a TO review to resolve issues

Beware of the free trial and the resulting charges if you don't receive a reply from subscription cancellations. The website and process to cancel should be clearer

I cancelled my subscription to this company months ago, but they are still taking £4.99 a month out of my account. I should only have to cancel my subscription once! Someone is making a lot of money out of people who sign up to this service!

UPDATE 25/04/2024. Educational App Store is still takin £4.99 from my bank account each month.

I am being charged monthly and have tried emailing several times to cancel with no success. Avoid this company. Do not give them your credit card number.

Same story here with these fraudulent scam artists. My husband wasn’t even aware he had this subscription and on discovering it many months ago, thought he’d cancelled it after going through all the steps, yet they keep taking money from our account each month. We have tried to cancel the subscription numerous times and it simply doesn’t work. Absolutely no way to contact them - no response from their email address and the phone number associated with this business/transaction on our bank statement is a fake number. Avoid at all costs.

Having the same issue as others that have left reviews. They keep taking money even thought I have tried cancelling online. It says cancelled successfully on the site yet they take the money again month after month Its impossible to contact them, the only email on the website never gets a response. Clear scam!

Can you please explain why you have taken £10 from my bank account even though I no longer have an account with you...and have not had an account with you for a long time.
This is not the first time this has happened.
I want an immediate refund and a promise that this thievery will never happen again

Signed up for a free trial and noticed they started to take payments that I didn't authorise. I've cancelled and then they still took another payment . I've logged back in a cancelled again and another payment is pending. I have contacted the bank and fraud team .
BEWARE!!!¡ Do not sign up !!!

These people are robbing scammers ! I’ve had to empty my bank account because the refuse to cancel. The app is rubbish the whole thing is one big scam. Please do not sign up for this.

I have cancelled my subscription several times over the last year and after going through the motions, I get another charged for another month.

I have now reported this incident to my bank and they will be investigating it.

PARENTS DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS APP.

Have cancelled through their website numerous times, receiving a 'sorry to see you go' message, yet continue to be charged. Have contacted their customer service team, but have received no response. Terrible service.
