I am using this website for a while now and I think it is really great. Very like it!

I forgot to cancel during the trial period but the customer support team granted my refund without question. That makes me want to continue with Educational App Store.

Complete scammers. I cannot reach them. They advertise a free trial. I was stupid enough to give them my credit card info and then had to cancel my credit card so that they couldn’t keep charging it.

They are 100% scammers.

They use parents desire to further educate their children. Creating a false sense of security about a free trial. I cancelled with 3 weeks. Ive cancelled 5 times. I never receive a confirmation email. Every month they still charge us.

Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. They leave an email for inquiry but never respond.

Disgusting greedy ass people who take small amount so we dont notice or care enough to make a big fuss when we really should.

I canceled my membership but they charge me every month

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since last fall, when I mistakenly signed up. I have never used a SINGLE APP from this store. I have canceled at least 1/2 a dozen times and each time I get a message saying that it has been successfully cancelled. But I still keep getting charged. Even after I got my credit card company involved, I'm STILL getting charged. This company is a scam. Buyer beware.

I have been charged for this app for more than 2years now. I cancelled my subscription but I keep getting charged. I'm not getting any response from them . Please be careful this is a scam .

absolutely appalling service, I signed up and cancelled within half an hour and they have taken a full years payment. I have emailed several times and been in and cancelled my account several times this isn’t happened. Tried to call the number provided this doenst work either. Will be reporting as a scam company and fraud to my bank. Stay clear.

Disgraceful! Much like the other reviews I am now being charged for a service I am not using as there is NO way to cancel my subscription! I am appalled and at this rate will have to open a new bank account 😡

I tried the free trial and decided that it didn't offer what I was looking for so I cancelled. However I have been charged several months fee despite having cancelled and written to the only contact they offer. Is this just a scam site?

I was contacted by someone from the company offering to refund me and offer me a gift voucher if I modified the review. They still haven't refunded the payments. I am trying to follow through with my bank.

I received a refund several days ago so thank you for sorting that out.

This company have charged me £5.99 on a number of occasions now. They have set up a direct debit and I cannot cancel. I have emailed customer service and have had no reply. They are charging me for a service I am not even using.

After what looked like a professional site, has turned out to be anything but so far. I subscribed for the free trial and had to enter my credit card details as part of the registration. It was clear from the instructions that the payment would only be taken after the free trial was over. Instead the payment came off straightway and I have subsequently tried to cancel my subscription and membership 5 times. Each time it says that my cancellation was successful but instead my account remains active. I have written to their email address 3 times and after 96 hours have still not received a response. I have now had to resort to reporting this to my credit card company. Avoid this company as it is clear from all the recent reviews on the same topic, that this is not a "technical issue" but more like their modus operandi.

Trying to cancel my account and have had no replies or success. Sadly it seems I’m not the first person this has happened to. I thought I’d try this site as I’m a teacher and thought it may come in handy but I’ve not used it at all. I was led to believe it was easy to cancel but it had not been at all.

Horrible.

The exact same thing happened to me as others. I cancelled the subscription after a FREE trial, and the pop-up page "your subscription has been successfully cancelled" comes up. I go back into the account and it shows that I am still subscribed. No where to remove payment information. No numbers to contact. I have sent THREE emails, no reply.

I just can't believe someone would target parents of special needs children for this kind of scam. Absolutely descpicable.

I created an account that the website shows as being FREE. I was notified by my credit card that an international charge had been made - the charge far exceeds the exchange rate for the shown monthly fee. When I logged into my account the only information I am able to access shows I have a FREE account. There is NO way to cancel the membership. I have emailed and received ZERO response. Fortunately, my credit card has refunded the purchase and will deny future charges. A really pathetic website and a deplorable company!

Tried to cancel on multiple occasions, yet they still take payment. Tried to email, no response. Absolute scum bags preying on peoples concerns regarding their children's educational needs during Covid lockdown.

Having to go through the bank to block payments...

It's impossible to cancel a membership. You go through every step of memebership cancelllation and it seems you have cancelled. But next month you see a new charge and the same active status of your memebership. Obviously no contact is possible, everything is ignored.

P.S Small update. After this negative review was posted, i’ve been contacted by the team and was explained that they had a problem with their system. They have manually refunded all the months and apologised for the inconvenience. Overall they have saved their faces. However the speed of understanding and fixing their problems are not on par for professional business. Hope this will improve as well.
