They didn’t have the buggy I ordered and were unable to source it, but they had my money for over a week. I was unable to buy the buggy from elsewhere until finally the refund arrived. Impossible to contact, I tried email and the number supplied on WhatsApp, as directed. The message wasn’t even delivered, so clearly not monitored. My email went unanswered. Unreliable and unresponsive.

Great price and shopping experience

Still not received my order two weeks later. Sent email to chase and had no reply, sent follow up email, reply five days ago to say has now been sent. Still nothing received. Will never order from them again!

Delivery states 7-10 days. After 14 days I contacted them to be advised that they had ofsted so we’re running late. Asked for a refund and was refused as items had been ordered and told order would be recieved in 48 hours - 4 days later and items arrived. Asked to return and having to do so at my own cost. DO NOT ORDER. If I had not contacted I do not believe I would have recieved items.

I'm really impressed with the huge selection and low prices of Yellow Door items stocked here, the best selection and prices I've found anywhere especially with the additional discount offer.

I had an order query which I got a reply to incredibly quickly with a helpful and well thought-out response. My order came quicker than anticipated once despatched. An item was out of stock but they sent my others items and are sending the missing item when available at no extra delivery cost.

The website can be a little tricky to navigate but there are some great items to be found if you use the search box.

I've just placed another order with them as I've been pleased and impressed with my experience so far.
