I had made an error on my file. Rather than asking me to re-pay and refile, they fully let me know of the error and even how to fix it. I could not have had a better experience.

After reviewing your case, it appears the BL number used in the filing was ultimately correct, and the issue stemmed from the shipping line’s filing on their end rather than an inability to edit the information within our system. That said, we understand the experience was still frustrating and time-consuming, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
