Easy to order, speedy delivery and great frames.

Easy to order. Came promptly. My granddaughter painted a picture of our precious Spaniel and this frame fitted perfectly.

Bought frames from this company twice and they have always fit perfectly and arrived quickly.

Just what I was looking for.
The ordering process was easy, all my queries were answered promptly, service was quick, delivery was on time and the end product looks excellent.

Ordered four frames in differing sizes and with different mount options. Order arrived quickly, well-packaged and exactly as described. Quality is great, frames are easy to assemble.

I now have a total of 11 frames from eFrames in my house and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Extremely quick and precise process with caring employees who will make sure you are getting the best out of their service! Really useful for artists who need odd sized frames.

I had an issue with an order. The quality was quite poor considering the price. There were a few marks as if it was dropped or spare material was used to assemble it.
I contacted the support using the online chat and was asked to send an email with pictures and detailing the issue. I have done so but I didn't receive any response and this is the third day already.

Fantastic quality of final product, reasonable price, and brilliant support. Due to delays with Royal Mail, and the custom framed canvas a special birthday present, the team at eframe did everything they could (and above and beyond) so the gift arrived in time. The speed in response was fantastic. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much - I'll be back!

Definitely the best framing service around with quality frames that are always very well packed and delivered on time. I've ordered a lot of frames over the past 2 years and always the same first class service. With my last order I telephoned them for advice and they were so amazingly helpful, I absolutely recommend eframes for both quality frames and such a superb service.

So many choices!!! So please with my experience from this professional company. I received my custom made frame in raw wood so I could colour to my requirements. I’m over the moon with the outcome. The frame is well made, well packaged with a very good turnaround time from date of order. Ordering online was super easy & as i mentioned at the start - a wide range of choices, colours, styles! Highly recommend this company!

Arrived on time but quality looks and feels really cheap for the price paid. Ended up not using one frame as the 'wood' effect looked so orange.

The flimsy lightweight products I received from eframe are worth no where near what they are charging. For their prices you would expect good sturdy quality. What you get is cheap and lightweight.
I would avoid eframe, and find your local picture/framing shop instead. Eframe sell cheap flimsy low quality products.

Frame was sturdy and well made this is the 2nd frame I have ordered and would happily use them again communication was good and delivery quick
