The flimsy lightweight products I received from eframe are worth no where near what they are charging. For their prices you would expect good sturdy quality. What you get is cheap and lightweight.
I would avoid eframe, and find your local picture/framing shop instead. Eframe sell cheap flimsy low quality products.

Frame was sturdy and well made this is the 2nd frame I have ordered and would happily use them again communication was good and delivery quick

The communication from Ysabel working in eFrame customer service was superb. She made sure the pictures were tailor made exactly to how I wanted them. One of the pictures quality was not great so she checked with me first if I was happy with the print or if I wanted it to be printed again. eFrame were able to put the pictures in the frame and then package them for me so nicely. They came in pristine condition. Thank you!!

Kept me informed over the Christmas break. Advised delivery information and delivered on time.

The turnaround was prompt with the ability to specify the delivery date.

The frame is lovely, however the canvas that I installed fell off after 2 days. It’s a really light canvass but the sticky Velcro just didn’t have the strength. The smooth frame didn’t allow them to stick. I put all 8 on the single picture and it still fell. It also slightly damaged the painting, which my 14 year old created.

Really easy to place an order and customise the frame. The final product and photo were of a very high quality. There was also a live update tracker which showed when the frames were cut, fitted, etc. Which was particularly good. Arrived on time.

Excellent product and service

Extremely happy with eFrame! The frames I ordered were absolutely beautiful and arrived so quickly. The customer service was also unmatched. One of the acrylic fronts was damaged in the mail, I reached out for a replacement and it arrived cost free within three days. They had exactly what we needed and a lovely selection; I will definitely be going back to order more.

There is a recent negative review on here saying the quality of the frame is cheap and flimsy. We just received ours and I can say the complete opposite! The frame is amazing quality and the wood is nice and thick. Very happy with the purchase. Great value for money. The delivery service they use is great as well (unlike Evri where drivers don’t even bother to deliver). Would recommend 100%.
N.B - only criticism is would be great if hooks came already attached to the back board.

I have been ordering from eframe for years because they never disappoint: the frames are lovely every time, exactly what I wanted, and their quality exceptional; the prints came out beautifully done; the customer service is attentive to our needs and very proactive; the delivery and the entire process easy to keep track of. Plenty of choice and great you can get bespoke sizes. Parcel very well packaged.
