Very good quality, fast dispatched and delivery without any extracost.

I bought a docking station through this company, and even though it was very expensive, the USB cable started to fall apart after just over a year. Dell refused to help, pushing me back to eJobber, who have refused to do anything to anything to help other than send me links for random products on Amazon. Even though I have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which they denied) I just can't be bothered to deal with them anymore.

Ejobber and their Head Customer Service Representative whom i struggled to understand, (I am not allowed apparently to name full names even though these are the very people who my issue is with) " Regardless, This company are by far the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with when a product you purchase from them fails under warranty. After 4 months of FALSE PROMISES and quite frankly BLATENT LIES that they are dealing with my Asus Motherboard Failure, Ejobber have ignored time and again my attempts at having this matter resolved. Even after sending the failed motherboard back to Asustek for Ejobber via a company called Terra PC who deal with Ejobber Returns . The owner of THAT company who has to remain nameless through trustpilot policy .He tries to blame me for bending the CPU Pins on the Motherboard. He even had the audacity to say customers do this all the time and that this negates the warranty. Asustek failed to repair the motherboard so therefore under warranty policy i am entitled to a replacement board or a refund from the company from who i purchased the motherboard ie "Ejobber" . This Ejobber it would seem are refusing to do and are ignoring my E-mails and Phone calls. No doubt Ejobber will blame Asus. All i can do is warn future potential customers of Ejobber. Please Heed My Warning. AVOID THIS COMPANY .

EJobber were friendly and very helpful and placing an order with them was easy to do. After payment the order was despatched quickly and the item was delivered without any problems. Would definitely return if EJobber can help again in the future. Thank you.

Sent a different item than that was purchased (I agreed) but they did not change my invoice nor did they refund the difference, also they have not helped at all with a warranty issue, it's has now been over 10 months, £167 I paid for a keyboard, I highly recommend people to avoid and shop at a proper retailer.

Update as I didn't see your reply, no refund was issues, and no the invoice was not updated, the manufacture website stated "Warranty is completed via the Official Vendor you purchased from on this list here" which you are not on the list, so £167 keyboard utterly wasted, I should have taken you to court, and still may look into this, as this is unacceptable.

Great service! I got my order in the morning next day, earlier than expected. I had some issues with payment, but support sorted everything in no time with excellent communication!

Will keep this store in mind for future purchases!

Really pleased with the overall service. Good price, efficient website chat system & prompt delivery. My unit came from the EU, so I had an EU plug, luckily standard stuff we have loads of Uk ones here to use instead.

Got the best deal on brand new Logitech MX Master 3 mouse. Received in mint condition. Packaging was perfect. This is my first purchase on Ejobber and I am a happy customer. It has a great customer service that answered promptly for my queries related to Order and shipping.

I was concerned that at the price quoted the purchase would be a potential scam. Everything turned out perfectly. Hardly worth mentioning but the UK power cable arrived a day after the Monitor

Decided to buy a wifi router from Ejobber after reading reviews. The price was quite attractive. The delivery should have taken within 2-4 days which was okay for me for that time. But on the 4th day received an email saying they don't have this item in stock. Not happy, as they could have informed me straight away or take this item from the list to avoid misleading the clients. But refund took days only which is good.

Ejobber went above and beyond of what was expected from them! Not only best deal in town for my shiny new gaming monitor but they also managed to troubleshoot my problem in best manner possible! If you get Tim in customer support you will not be disappointed! I recommend eJobber

this shop will take awhile to sort out any issues you might have, but will have them sorted out if any do happen, which is the main thing, i did find my self contacting them more than them contacted me, you can get hold of them by a chat room and a phone line so the support is always there if you do need to talk to them.

Wrong description, incorrect item, zero customer support ... completely ignored. Promises that someone would be in touch came to nothing. Forget about returns ... they just ignore you if you have a problem.

I placed Motherboard (ORDER EJOUK189161) worth £184 and arrived not working and refused to refund. I opened case with paypal and still waiting decision. Really forget returns ... they just ignore you if you have a problem. don't trust them. finally after dispute with paypal I lost my money (£184). Ejobber sent broken item and I lost money . I lost my case with paypal because the Ejobber hold my item that send to check till this case closed .

Cons
-Part I ordered for Thursday was delivered the following Monday
-No communication from eJobber without me asking for it
-The first employee I asked told me it would arrive thursday, which was completely false
-When I tried to cancel my late order I was told I couldn't and would have to wait for it to be delivered and return it before they could give me my money back
-I was told I would get a discount on the eJobber website to make up for this, however my account was never credited with any kind of discount that I can see
-The delivery was sent to a 'local' newsagents which, due to covid, was closed the 3 days in a row I tried to collect it
-UPS later reported this package as missing and told me that I would have to take it up with ejobber as they hired UPS not me
-When I finally recieved the package and returned it I received no confirmation of delivery from the eJobber support, despite me asking for confirmation prior to sending it. Royal Mail tracking reported it was delivered on Saturday
-I asked if they had received it the following Wednesday, I got no reply
-I asked again the following Saturday and only got a reply the following Monday, my refund finally reached me on Tuesday
