Purchased a Dell WD19TB from this site with the hope that it would be a long term support for my XPS 15 9560 laptop.

Within 4 month of purchase (Oct 2019) I noticed a battery degradation. 8 months later I noticed a significant overheating problem when plugged into USB-C docking cable.

The last 6 months (Feb- ) the battery has lost all capacity and every time I plug into docking station, experience excessive heat through left hand side of laptop plus through base of unit, slow response times when unplugging USB-C and overall degradation of performance.

I can only attribute to WD19TB purchased through eJobber and product itself!

DO NOT PUCHASE and stick with manual connections for peripherals.

Nothing. It's been 4 weeks since I bought the product. Go and shop elsewhere, or have an adapter to hand.

As you will see from other reviews, this company does not appear to deliver what it promises. The equipment i bought didn't come with a power supply that was ready for use in the UK. I wrote and called them a number of times asking for them to provide a UK power supply or adapter. They said that they would do so immediately but never did so. I don't know if that means they are selling "grey" goods. I gave them repeated opportunities to remedy the situation and they eventually stopped responding. I would recommend you buy elsewhere.

I had a great experience ordering from Ejobber. Not only did I save money on the mouse that I bought, I received it quickly.

I was searching for a new graphics card and ejobber was by far the cheapest, so I came here to check if they were trustworthy. Upon ordering, I received a phone call to say the item I ordered was out of stock but they offered me a free upgrade. I checked out the alternative online while the customer service representative waited. A week later, it arrived and I'm happy.

They were very helpful on the phone with a quick service.

I got a great price on a monitor from Ejobber, but unfortunately it wasn't suitable. What pleased me most was the no-quibble and efficient returns process. Well worth considering.

Really good company. I bought a PC Monitor from them because their prices were the best I could find. I then decided to exchange the Monitor through them for another with a higher screen resolution and I received great customer service throughout that process.

Cheapest prices around, the order tracking on the website leaves a little bit to be desired, but I just called the number on the website line and immediately spoke to an actual human who was able to help quickly and effectively.
