Very friendly , professional and speedy service.
Big shout out to Jaz , he’s been fantastic the entire process.
Long story short , I had an issue with a boiler whilst being a tenant. Had no hot water and no heating and can not fault the effort these guys had put in.
Communication was really helpful and the feedback I got to pass onto my landlord really helped. Jaz has been a rockstar , he’s friendly , informative and helpful.

Really helpful and rapid response
Helpful and rapid response to a problem which I was unable to deal with locally. Costs and services were fully outlined.
On the day of the day of the repair the operative turned up on time, was courteous and helpful and did a good and tidy job.

Payment system and costumer service…
Payment system and costumer service deplorable. Opaque terms and conditions, paid for a service and needed a part fitted and had to pay for an extra call out charge despite the engineer and part already being on site.
Had to chase service report for over a month.
When tried to pay additional charges was sent twice payment link requesting £144 instead of £84. Took an extra 2 hours to sort out payment.
Will not use Euroboiler parts & Eletric combi boilers again.

To clarify for readers, the original booking was for a scheduled Boiler Service. During the visit, a fault was identified and repaired. As outlined in our booking terms (send before the booking, after the booking confirmation and on the calendar event confirmation as well as on our website), repairs during a service visit carry a £50 + VAT repair add-on, plus the cost of any parts used. In this case:
• Repair add-on: £50 + VAT
• Automatic Air Vent: £20 + VAT
Total: £84 inc VAT
No additional callout was charged.
There was a temporary issue with the online payment link display which caused confusion, and this has since been reviewed.
Service reports are issued once engineer documentation has been processed and verified. All charges are detailed in the booking confirmation and published in our Terms & Conditions.

Was cautious about having a full electric boiler , my house has now been gas free for about 5 years Superb sales and after sales customer services , online chat soon sorted out a small issue I had with the boiler, parts I ordered online came the following day . Superb team effort

DO NOT BUY THIS BOILER. My boiler has been faulty since it was installed a few years ago. We bought the largest boiler for a 2 bed 50m2 flat being advised that it could run two baths and kitchen simultaneously. It cannot fill a bath properly and my daughter barely gets enough hot water to wash her hair. We were advised to buy a second storage tank, spending a further £600, but are still having issues. We were then advised to buy several other parts during the regular site visits to get the boiler working properly. Parts we had installed on their advice were then removed without asking or advising us! The boiler keeps losing pressure every few days and we have done everything they ask on their visits. I have asked to speak to a manager but they do not have the courtesy to speak to me. I work in construction and can honestly say that this is the worst boiler I have ever seen. A big regret.

We’re sorry to read this and would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy.
Electric combi boilers do not operate in the same way as gas combi boilers. Hot water performance is dependent on stored hot water capacity and electrical supply limits, not just boiler size. A 50m² flat typically does not require the “largest” boiler for heating demand, but bath performance depends on cylinder volume and incoming water pressure/flow rate.
Running two baths and a kitchen simultaneously would require significant stored capacity and suitable electrical infrastructure. If additional storage was recommended, this would have been to increase available hot water volume, not to correct a fault.
Regarding pressure loss: system pressure dropping could be caused by issues in the boiler itself or by the wider heating system (e.g. radiators, pipework, expansion vessel, safety valve discharge, or hidden leaks). This requires system diagnosis rather than boiler replacement.
Parts are only removed where they are not required or where alternative configuration is implemented. No components are removed without technical reasoning.
We take escalation requests seriously. If you provide your job reference, we will have senior technical review the full installation specification, service history and hydraulic layout to determine whether this is a configuration issue, a system issue, or a usage expectation mismatch.
Electric systems must be correctly sized and configured based on electrical capacity, hot water demand and property layout. When designed appropriately, they operate reliably, and we are fully prepared to review this case properly and transparently.

Boiler repairs done quickly
I have had a boiler for a number of years. Earlier this year it needed a repair and could not anyone who was able to do this satisfactorily so I contacted the company direct and they came out immediately and got the boiler working again. That was a great service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience, and I’d like to clarify a couple of points for accuracy.
Electric showers and electric boilers work in completely different ways. Electric showers heat a small amount of water at the point of exit with a very low flow rate, which keeps running costs low. An electric boiler heats water for the whole home and naturally uses more kW when there is full demand, as it heats the water travelling through the pipework. Comparing the two won't give a fair picture of how the boiler is designed to perform.
You booked a callout shortly after leaving this review, and our engineer attended. The boiler faults found were not due to a manufacturing issue or “not being used,” but to installation and maintenance conditions: incorrect MCB, no CH filter, and an over-pressurised boiler. These are all factors that will affect any boiler, electric or gas, over time.
All necessary parts were replaced during the visit, settings were corrected, and the boiler was restored to normal working order.

Jaz was friendly and professional! My boiler had a leak as it was several years old. Within 10 minutes, Jaz identified and was replacing the part. He also fixed the water pressure and taught me how to use all the boiler settings. He checked the overall quality of the boiler and gave it a general service. Great person to have on the team :)
