Fantastic communication by phone to confirm it was what I wanted and delivery date, it arrived early. Good service.
Plus I have read reviews on how expensive it is to run this unit????
Let me assure you that I had an old conventional electric heating/hot water system that cost me £95.00 a week during the winter and was still cold.
This is so much more efficient in output and running cost plus I now have a free cupboard where the tank used to be.
Happy days and buy with confidence.

Raj has come out to us twice now, once on a warrantee call and once to put in a thermostat and filter. We had no idea that the filter was necessary as the original installer was probably hoping for some repeat custom...

I wish we had come direct to Electric Combi Boilers in the first place. Raj was excellent. he worked quickly, but was happy to have a chat at the same time. He has given us some great advice and sorted out all the issues we had.

Great service offered by this company. Last year they called out to service my electric boiler. They undertook the work professionally and provided complete and extensive service that required parts. Today they called out again to check out some technical issues. The engineer again was excellent in explaining the problems and how they can be solved. I would recommend this company to anyone expecting, great service, price transparency and excellent customer service back up when you need it. 10/10.

Had a problem no one could sort out with my electric combi boiler, BUT, when RAJ, the service engineer came out he was a very experienced technician and found the fault, he fixed it and everyone was happy, from start to finish very efficient company indeed, many many thanks, highly recommended

Really exceptional service. Honestly I never write reviews but had to here. Izzy is one of the nicest most helpful people in the phone and just when I thought it can’t get any better Raj was easily the nicest most professional plumber. Couldn’t be more impressed.

We were very pleased with the ordering and delivery of the boiler, only had it installed today and so far so good.

I had multiple engineers visit to try and fix my boiler issues without any luck. The engineer from this company found 3 problems within 10 minutes. He was clearly very knowledgeable and carried out the necessary repairs straight away. Raj was also a really nice guy, polite and professional. He was a credit to the company and I can say my overall impression of the company is very positive.

Need improvements. I had to call many times for the delivery. I would advise the company to send follow up emails detailing the next steps take place and most importantly when delivery will take place.
The improvements here will provide better efficiencies and provide more confidence to customers and increase profit in the long term for the company.

The boiler arrived crushed due to transit damage. The Company pulled together and delivered a replacement quickly by agreed appointment. They were very apologetic and polite and sent the replacement with a very helpful man who helped move the item into our house. Supersonic service recovery. The boiler works great with good pressure and saves so much space. Very good service and boiler.

I highly recommend this company very easy and everything happened as they said right down to the delivery company who were also very good

This is my first time purchasing from the Electric combi boiler company.. All the staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone .. The after care support is great & the Boiler was delivered within 48 hours of ordering.. Great service all round. I am going electric on all my properties going forward and i feel i have the right company to work with going forward

I would highly recommend their service. Before I call them I used 3 other plumbers from different companies who could not fix the boiler and said I need it a new boiler which would cost me a lot of money.
I thought to try one more time and I am glad to call the Electric Combi Boilers Company not only they fixed the problem but the plumber was very professional and quick.

Promised everything, came through with nothing. Delivery total shambles. Avoided calls, left to sort delayed delivery with courier direct myself, wouldn’t use this company if you want efficiency and guaranteed delivery etc.

Loving our new electric boiler!

Danny and the rest of the team did an excellent job. They removed our broken gas boiler and installed the new electric one in two days. They worked late to ensure we could benefit from hot water and heating as soon as possible. Very professional, friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend.
