I did something very silly, and left part of my old address in the delivery information for a new vacuum. I had nightmares worrying that it would go to the wrong address, but managed to get a hold of Ed in the morning who fixed it for me! He was polite, efficient and sorted it all out, so I look forward to my new vacuum arriving at the correct address! How wonderful to have such great customer service these days, and talk to a real person who cares about his customers. And not to mention, the prices are better than anything else I could find online for the exact same item. If I need anything else, I will definitely be using Electricshop again. Thanks so much, Ed!!

Used this company 4-5 times now, no issues. Items sent out quickly, well packed and tracking always given. Bought a Roberts Union Jack radio this time…on offer-bargain. They seem to price match so you tend to get lowest price. Super pleased with my radio thank you

I had made my mind up to buy a Sebo X7 vacuum cleaner after becoming disappointed with my rechargeable one,after shopping in john lewis in Nottingham the sales lady gave us a demonstration which I was very much impressed with,but confused with model numbers and prices.After a quick search on the internet I noticed Electricshop seemed to offer great deals.I phoned the company up and the gentleman that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions,he recommended the best model Sebo to me at a great price which I purchased the next day and received it three days later,after a quick set up and read of the instructions my wife and I gave it a test run,powerful,quiet and very easy to use,we were both thoroughly impressed,I can’t recommend Electricshop enough for being so helpful and professional,10 out of 10.

I was honest sceptical when I saw the price as it seemed too good to be true, and way cheaper than anywhere else, but the reviews were good so I placed my order, and so pleased I did. Not only was their price exceptional, so was their service, less than 24hrs from placing my order, my vacuum cleaner arrived. This company, in my opinion, is faultless.

After extensive Google searches for the cheapest Vacuum Cleaner from what I call a trusted store, I eventually ended up with the electricshop. Other online stores were cheaper, but electricshop ticked all the important boxes, online store, physical shop, contact address details and a phone number that was not a mobile. Free delivery was fast, within a couple of days and I received the item that i ordered, very happy.

Excellent service and product. When I first researched the model of vacuum I required, it was £499 on all sites. I eventually purchased from the Electric Shop at £354 including a welcome discount and free delivery. Delivered within 3 days by DPD to a remote address without any issues. Just received and used my Dyson V11 advanced vacuum cleaner. Boxed and delivered safely. Great communication about delivery. After searching online found my vacuum at £100 cheaper than other retailers and managed to get a sneaky wee discount code to reduce price a little further. Just activated my 2 year guarantee with Dyson. Am always a little nervous buying online with scams nowadays but can’t recommend electricshop higher - 5 stars and thank you

Bought a Miele vacuum from this company. Amazing turn round from late evening order to delivery 40 hours later. Pleased they use DPD, more reliable than some other carriers! Excellent service, great price. Would recommend Electricshop.
