I love recruitment agencies when they deliver on what they promise.
At Elenrose, I received a service beyond my expectation.
Not only did the consultant know her role, but she found me two amazing opportunities (at different times).
Andrea has placed me in two roles that were amazing and beyond my specification, combined with brilliant packages, negotiated by Andrea.

I noticed a few bad reviews, which I found really odd. Because Andrea was amazing for me, I have recommended a few people to her and they have said the same thing. They are in roles that surpassed their expectations too.

I guess some things aren't for everyone, but that is only if you do not want excellence. I highly recommend this agency.

Ouch..

My daughter responded to a job posted by Elenrose Recruitment which turned out to be fake.

Oh so dim.

Makes me so annoyed especially at moment, employment agencies exaggerating their experience and wasting the time of hard working job seekers who just want to feed their families.

They reckon recruiters aren't the cleverest people and Elenrose Recruitment is testimony to that.

An employee at our company contacted this business and spoke to someone called ' Andrea Ali '. She clearly has a high opinion if herself which unfortunately for her is not objective.

We tried to explain what we were looking for however it just clearly wasn't sinking in.

The website makes claims to ' 15 years of recruitment experience '. Potential clients of this business may wish to substantiate this claim as we take it with a pinch of salt.

My business partner made initial contact with ' Elenrose Recruitment ' to discuss our company's recruitment requirements.

We realised that it was a tiny company as confirmed from the online company accounts, being registered to run down looking semi detached domestic house and website looks like it's been done by an adolescent. However maybe worth a 5 min conversation.

I can't think of anything polite to say to be honest. The lady we spoke to clearly had very little HR experience and couldn't even seem to understand our basic requirements - very ameteur.

We noticed that she wasn't specific regarding 'any' previous jobs / experience on her LinkedIn profile & this comes as little suprise.
