100 % con website, order paid, delivery to an address 150 miles away said the tracking and now their web site is not up and running, no email return nothing sort of a con.

Absolute scam with completely fake images of what products look like. My elderly parents were taken advantage of; my dad bought my mom a “quilted cat purse” for a “majorly discounted $35” & over 2 weeks later they received the “purse” which was nothing more than a reusable tote you’d literally find at Dollar Tree.

Ordered 5 tops that looked beautiful online. I checked the size chart and ordered the correct one for me, but they were all very, very small and the fabric was cheap and not as crisp as the photographs made them out to be. I am currently having a HORRENDOUS time getting a refund. I seem to be stuck in an email loop of low-ball refund percentages, but I need a full refund. I'm going to try another of their emails. BUYER BEWARE. I am very internet saavy but got burnt on this one for sure.

Awful...Cheap...An illusion. Wish i had read reviews first. I deserve to be punished. I did get what i ordered, but 2 out of 3 i wanted to return. Looks impossible. This is your heads up! You will do far better shopping at goodwill

I should have known. All the bells and whistles of a scam. Going out of business sale, special discount, charming backstory from the fictional artisan. The pictures are beautiful, but they look like quilted bags. Nice illusion. They are thin, lined with a thinner black fabric. They are like a reusable shopping tote. They are on a par with the bags sent by companies seeking charitable contributions . Buyer beware.

The “soft quilted” tote bags that I ordered turned out to be something like a cheap printed Walmart bag. Absolutely not worth the cost. When I contacted the company, they offered a 10% refund. The cost to send them back to China would’ve been prohibitive. I just got scammed from the Eleanor Rose Monterey company.

Please do not purchase any merchandise from this provider. It claims to be going out of business! The merchandise is very low quality! The sizing is not correct! I ordered a size larger than the chart specified, I don’t like my tops to be tight. I could barely get it over my head. The picture doesn’t match the merchandise that I waited a month to receive. Very poor quality! When I called to get a refund number they offered me .40 on the dollar of my purchase! They did finally offered me. 50 on the dollar. They bury the return of the merchandise to China that you must pay for! JUNK AND A SCAM!’

If they had only responded to my query that I sent BEFORE I ordered, this never would have happened. I saw a review from someone who was requested the same information and was never responded to her either. They will NOT process a review and keep offering 10% off if I keep the items and donate them to charity No, I don’t want the polyester clothing no matter what you offer me. Nobody would “treasure” (their words not mine)this cheaply made polyester clothing….all of you reviews are 1 star with many folks saying they would give you a 0 if they could (like me).. The whole site is very,very deceptive and untruthful.. . Never on the site do they disclose that these are coming from overseas. The delivery time stated is as 7-12 business days which would leave a reasonable buyer to believe these are manufactured or at least warehoused in the US.. My order took 3 weeks. They state
"Our returns warehouse is located internationally, which means return shipping can be quite expensive. With that in mind, I'd like to offer you a 20% refund on your order total — and you keep the item.
You might keep it, gift it, or donate it to someone who might treasure it. Your refund would be processed immediately upon your confirmation. Please note this would serve as the final resolution for this case.
So, the shipping envelope came from 182-30 158th Rd Jamaica, NY. How about I return the items there since that is where they came from and then you can either sell them (never even opened the packages) or THEY COULD DONATE THEM TO A CHARITY. I want a full refund.
Your website shows a shop that is supposedly located in Monterey, CA but Google maps indicates there is no such shop, the Monterey BBB has no record of your shop existing. This whole thing is a scam.

This is a scam company. They don't send the product that you ordered but instead some very cheap substitution. They offer a ten percent refund if you keep the item, which is worth practically nothing, or charge a huge shipping and handling fee, more than the original item was worth, if you choose to not keep the cheap substitute item. Total rip off. I don't understand how Facebook allows this company to advertise on their platform. SCAM.

The photos of the supposedly handmade tote bags are VERY misleading. They give the impression of high quality, quilted material. What I received was very disappointing, low quality.

I ordered a bag and it came but had I did my research I would have found out that this was shipped from overseas. It was handmade but not by her but by someone in China. It is cheap plastic. There is no way I would pay full price. She is a rip off. Don’t by from her.

This company is not as advertised. I expect there is no Eleanor Rose and the story told on the website cannot be true. The item quality is very poor. Two button holes are too small to use, therefore the two lower buttons on my shirt are not usable. I really wish I would have seen this review site before I ordered. My purchase will probably end up at the goodwill store. I had such high hopes. Live and learn!

Thieves. Ordered 4 items all same size. Two wouldn't fit over my head the other two were way too large. The material was not as advertised - very cheap. I asked for instructions to return and they refused but offered to sell me more items at $10 each. I disputed the charge with my charge card company and then Eleanor Rose refused to allow a return address as long as I had a chargeback pending. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

First, i didn't realize this site was overseas. I would not have ordered the items, if i had known (and/or reseached). It took several weeks to receive the items. Once receiving the items, i realized they were not the quality that were purchased on the web site. I thought, with the pictures, they were artisan made not a print!!! I tried numerous times to return the items, and that is NOT possible. The reason being that it would cost more to return that it was for the items. I disagree, but not allowed another option. The final decision, from the seller, was to provide a 20% refund and that was it. If i could, i would contact the credit card company and dispute the charges but don't think that will work. I should have done more research on the reviews and then i wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place.

The clothes are not worth the money. Very pretty designs but the material is very thin and not worth the money. I was only able to keep two of the items ordered to wear around the house.

The worst! Don't order from this company. You'll be disappointed.

I found their so called beautiful clothing on a Facebook ad. I ordered a dress and they debited my card April 9. It did not say anywhere on the site that the dress would be shipped internationally from China. They made it look like it look like their company was in the US. I have contacted them several times. I can no longer track the package because the the link comes up as suspicious and is blocked by my softwear. I am frustrated and pissed off. It is obvious by now I have been scammed.

If there was less than a star or no star option they would have it. I succumbed. I realized it as soon as I placed the order. I hate to say I won't respond to ads on FB going ahead, because I have had some great experiences, but once the order was placed it was "let the games begin". Within a half hour I wanted to cancel and they claimed the order was already in process, they could not. Advised to wait for the order to arrive, which took longer (weeks) than I expected, and spend a moment with it blah blah blah. I has specifically asked for the missing in description fabric content and got a vague lightweight kind of response with no specifics. Well the order arrived. The fiber content easily readable and is 95% polyester/5% spandex. I NEVER would have purchased anything in polyester, which does not breath. It is though lightweight . Made in China. Machine wash on gentle but not machne dryable, No mention re ironing. In short pieces of bleep. And I got 3. It got you a bigger discount. Damnest thing is the prints are very me and very cute. HOWEVER one of them that was supposed to be a pale olive green arrived in IVORY. Fabric so thin I will need to layer. A very expensive lesson. And shame on FB for allowing it to continue.

Complete scam. I tagged them on Facebook as a scam. Let's see if anything is done as far as being removed. Two items took three weeks to arrive. Two days after I ordered, I asked to cancel my order and an immediate refund. They lied and told me the item had already been processed. The clothing is very thin cheap polyester-like material and is sent from China. There is no Eleanor Rose in Monterey.
