100 % con website, order paid, delivery to an address 150 miles away said the tracking and now their web site is not up and running, no email return nothing sort of a con.
The clothes are not worth the money. Very pretty designs but the material is very thin and not worth the money. I was only able to keep two of the items ordered to wear around the house.

Very cheap items
Very cheap items, they advertise return is available but it isn't. Item doesn't fit and the bag is really not nice. Better keep your money!!!!

You do not get what you think you bought
Advertised and pictures look like a linen/cotton blend, however they are all polyester and very cheaply made. They say 30 day returns but the final collections advertised are not returnable. One ad said made in NC, but obviously came from Asia, shipping was forever, and do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 items and they are all going to Goodwill.

Buyer beware.
The items purchased were made from flimsy material and did not match the photos as advertised. One item never arrived and they refused to reimburse me and blamed the local PO. They want me to send the unwanted items back and pay more money to cover the “long distance” shipping. This company was advertised as Eleanor of Monterey and was going out of business after 40 years. It took over a month for the clothing to arrive. If you do your homework you can find photos of the same clothing under different companies.
Never again will I purchase from a Facebook company.

Eleanor Rose Monterey is not a US Co-do not order from them
Please do not order from this company! It is not in USA & I fell for it & bought 4 items and the material is polyester blend & even though it fits it lays weird on body. I am a 16 & got the 3X and the collars are weird. The print is pretty but the material takes away the quality. If they were $10 a item might keep. I do want to ship back but they offered 10% refund because they said shipping back would be too expensive.
Dear lord, when I will learn!
Took weeks for order to arrive & the email correspondence was very nice but delayed in turn around time.
