I have been using their towers for over 5 y and I love them! They are strong and well made and sleek and look great! We have just ordered reformers and Cadillac the order was delivered quite fast customer service was responsive. Time will tell of the quality of their reformers as I have always used BB before!

I had high expectations for Elina Pilates, especially after the consulting phase, where they promised a 10-14 day delivery time. Unfortunately, I’ve been waiting for almost three months without any proactive updates. I reached out multiple times via WhatsApp, but received no response. When I did get a reply, I was given an incorrect shipping date, only to hear nothing again after that. After weeks I got the information that the order will be shipped Mid of February but again no information about my order status. This lack of communication and professionalism has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Elina Pilates based on my experience.

Entrenar con las máquinas Elina Pilates es una maravilla. Llevo años entrenando en un estudio donde tienen estas máquinas, y sinceramente, nunca me había fijado en la marca hasta ahora que decidí comprarme una para casa. Después de todo este tiempo con ellas en el estudio, no dudé ni un segundo en elegir la misma para mi hogar. Ahora disfruto de mi reformer Elite en casa y estoy super contenta.

Hace 10 meses compré un Reformer Master para mi hogar, y la experiencia con Elina Pilates ha sido excelente de principio a fin. Desde el primer contacto, el equipo me brindó una atención impecable, asesorándome con recomendaciones muy útiles para elegir el modelo más adecuado.

El reformer es de altísima calidad, robusto y con un deslizamiento suave, perfecto para el entrenamiento en casa. Además, el servicio posventa ha sido igual de bueno, siempre atentos a cualquier duda. Sin duda, recomiendo Elina Pilates tanto por sus productos como por su profesionalismo. ¡Muy satisfecha con la compra!

Horrible. Podrían mejorar en comunicación y llevar a cabo lo que dicen. He estado dos meses gestionando esta compra, donde me enviaron un producto incorrecto, quedamos en un cambio, envío el producto y espero al correcto que no llega. Inesperadamente deciden que no habrá cambio, si no que me devuelven el dinero. Tiempo y esfuerzo dedicado para nada.

My equipment keeps breaking and I cant ever talk to anyone live as they are located in Spain. They do not have communication properly set up for US customers or any contacts in the US. It took a simple replacement part 5 weeks to reach me and my reformer was unusable for that entire time - the footbars are unstable and get jammed repeatedly. They are very nice aesthetically and the shipping is fast but I would not recommend.

I read some bad review about customer service, but from my experience all went fine. I always had reply within +- 24 hours. When some part was missing we have solved it and it was send via Fedex as soon as it was possible. We have bought Reformers and Cadillacs and we can confirm that price - performance ratio was really good. Assembly was easy and there are PDF / video manuals. We can recommend their products.

Lamentablemente atención en todos los aspectos.

After 8 long weeks of prodding on my part, they finally sent me a machine in week 12 and guess what? They sent me an incorrect machine that looked very cheap with a badly damaged body. I asked for a replacement but they were completely unresponsive. I am very disappointed with this purchase as their machines are very expensive but I received a damaged and incorrect machine with no response. If it's possible to upload a picture, I'd love to do so.

I contacted the company by email asking information on availability of a machine. The reply has been fast and very professional. I bought one machine on line by bank transfer. Delivery was fast.

I purchased a wooden exerciser and 10 weeks have passed and it still hasn't arrived. I tried to find them through the URL on their website to get my exerciser back. Guess what I saw? There is no factory for it including any office at all. I can't reach anyone at all including the phone number left. This company is a scam from start to finish. I have filed a complaint with the bank.

SECOND UPDATE: Once I got Elina Pilates to respond, they were much better, getting my products shipped out and keeping me informed. Everything arrived before Christmas so that was a relief. If they'd been like that from the start, I'd be giving them a 5* review. The equipment itself is high quality, on par with the Balanced Body Studio Reformer I've used at local pilates studio.

UPDATE: Maybe just a coincidence, but within 24 hours of leaving this review I got a response from Elina Pilates and they have resolved my order issue. Now waiting on order to arrive. Not happy it took so long, but am happy they did finally respond. Updating review from 1* to 3* until order is filled.

Non-responsive company. Ordered 3-weeks ago and they were quick to run the transaction but now there is zero communication. No one ever answers phone, voice mail only. No one ever responds to emails or online comments...ever. I have no idea where my order stands or even if it's coming. Just awful customer service (actually non-existent customer service is more accurate).

I have been incredibly patient with my order and asked relentlessly for a manager to call me after a catalogue of bizarre, confused and random updates none of which had much to do with my order. In fact - anything relating to my order has not been communicated at all. Its been a very long and frustrating 5 weeks. My equipment is now apparently on the move from spain but i have no paperwork, tracking number and/or understanding of final costs relating to custom duties and am being ignored when I ask about the VAT exemption for non EU buyers as tax is included in the sale price so should be due back to me to cover VAT fee's here. Its all very very loose for large cost items and although I've no doubt the equipment will be amazing- I've littte hope it will arrive and/or what will arrive and how much that is all actually going to cost me. I posted on their facebook in an attempt to get someone to actually communicate with me - and it just gets taken down. Very concerning service. When I question anything Im offered a cancellation and full refund which isn't what I want as Im teacher training and I've missed the cut off for the next freight with Balanced Body so overall feel that they need to up their game to be in line with the reviews I read about how great their equipment is. No good having good products if you can't actually get them to anyone and/or you're customer service doesnt seem to want to sell anything and/or communicate with you on sales. When asking for quote from balanced body - all associated cost included customs was cleared up in a couple of days so really dont understand the issue here.
