I purchased a cream suit and a pair of black trousers from Elisabetta Franchi Via del Corso, Rome in March 2024, however after trying the cream suit on in the daylight in my hotel i decided in didn’t suit my colouring. I tried to return the items the next day but was told by some very aggressive sales staff that they did not do refunds. After returning to the UK I contacted Elisabetta Franchi customer services - after a number of emails they agreed I could get a refund but only if i flew back to Rome and returned the items in person 🤨 I tried to reason with them and asked if i could return items by courier customer services then stopped responding - I wonder if Elisabetta Franchi herself is aware of the terrible reviews she is receiving and if she knows how her staff are making a mockery of her business

Ho acquistato una cintura provata e rotta sono riuscìta dopo tanti tentativi a farmi rispondere e abbiamo fatto il cambio..dopo 3 settimane mi arriva la cintura riprovata e rotta di nuovo allo stesso punto..aspettiamo di nuovo notizie..rapporto qualità prezzo meno di 0 ormai è rimasto solo il prezzo..non acquisterò più sul sito Elisabetta Franchi

I received several emails back and forth for several months.

1. DHL tracking didn't begin after months of purchasing the product
2. I didn't received a refund or assistance as the customer service. They ignored most of my emails and the times they happened to reply back, they purposely referred to a different tracking and order number which wasn't mine.
3. They even stated that the tracking number was wrong and sent me a screenshot of a random customer's order which was placed in 2023. I purchased my product in 2024

Still awaiting my shipment and refund. No answer, no support.

Purtroppo devo dare 1 stella!! E devo ammettere anche che se la meritano… appena hai un problema con il capo appena acquistato.. ti rimbalzano x mesi fini a quando risolvono con tempi biblici.. peccato che nel frattempo passi la stagione e tu non possa usufruire del capo nuovo… dopo diversi mal di pancia si svegliano e tu continui a non poter usare il capo perché nel frattempo è cambiata la stagione..servizio post vendita penoso, vergognoso x una casa di moda che vuole essere annoverata tra i top.
Dovrebbero prestare più attenzione ai clienti ed essere più Smart e reattivi.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews here, which also scared me to make my purchase. I bought some trousers which did not fit and returned them without any worries. I also received the payment refund proof immediately and everything went smooth with Beatrice from the service center. The only major downside is that they do not provide a return courier, so you have to print your own label, call a courier for pick up and this really sucks. plus, you also have to bear the courier return fees. I hope they change this in the future, it is way below the level and quality of their clothing.

Davvero molto gentile e preparata, mi ha aiutata a scegliere il completo per un matrimonio in maniera assolutamente eccellente...io non sono facile, e sono esigente,(mi porto dietro sempre scarpe e spilli) e in alcuni casi, non vengo seguita come vorrei e io, in effetti non compro!
Irene e' stata davvero un ottima venditrice e io pronta a farle una bella recensione! Grazie!

Per un errore di taglia ho restituito un prodotto. Dopo 16 giorni dal reso di un prodotto ancora non ho ricevuto i soldi del rimborso e mi rimpallano da un numero ad un e-mail.

Servizio di reso PESSIMO - Sono passati 15 giorni e non ho ancora ricevuto l'etichetta di reso di DHL. Chiamo ogni giorno ma non riescono a risolvere il problema! No comment...

Ho comprato un tailleur rosa , messo 3 volte e ogni volta portato il lavanderia ed è stato lavato a secco, come scritto sull etichetta.
Ad oggi è rovinato, presenta pilling all'interno della giacca e sul bordo.
Sconsiglio, non vale i soldi spesi

In realta' darei 0 Stelle. Io sono una cliente abituale, compro di frequente sul sito, eppure ogni volta che mi sono interfacciata col Customer Service di EF via telefono, il personale e' apparso cosi' incompetente e ignorante. Non capiscono neppure le domande che si pongono. Ho scritto perfino una e-mail di richiesta di invio di una fodera, mi hanno risposto dopo 1 mese.
Soltanto 1 volta probabilmete ho parlato con una persona un po' piu' preparata, la quale mi ha inserito nell'ordine effettuato la mattina la fodera richiesta, che mi e' arrivata con la merce.
Ad un addetto ho chiesto al telefono di informarmi via e-mail sulla disponibilita' di un top della collezione estiva, che non era stato ancora messo on-line. Secondo voi ho ricevuto la e-mail di Info? Chiaramente no, dopo una settimana il top l'ho visto disponibile sul sito.
Mi domando, scusate la cattiveria, ma che gente assumete?Se dovessi paragonare la tempestivita', preparazione, competenza rispetto ad un customer Service di altri brand, il suddetto "Servizio Clienti" lascia completamente a desiderare.

Scarpe di 500 euro pessima qualità!!! Indossate una volta e sempre tenute nella scatola!!! Vi inoltro la risposta di servizio clienti per reclamo!!!
Le calzature sono in 100% PU, materiale che col tempo e/o l’usura può essere soggetto a questo genere di criticità.
Si tratta di un tessuto non traspirante, infatti lo strato che si trova in superficie è una resina di plastica. Quest’ultima non essendo morbida come la pelle, con l’usura e/o il tempo può subire modifiche, soprattutto nelle aree esterne dove entra in contatto per sfregamento con altre superfici.
Questa peculiarità del materiale utilizzato, non sempre si presenta, o comunque non esiste un periodo minimo o massimo per cui possa evidenziarsi.

The worst experience with this brand. I waited more than a month for my refund , (the customer must pay the return cost), I returned some goods, sent it to a returned address (BettyBlue S.p.A, Elisabetta Franchi
Via Turati 6G, Magazzino 2, Quarto Inferiore di Granarolo dell’Emilia, Bologna, 40057, Italy), which they sent me within the verifying my return), and the EF company it refused to take over. The package is 1 month on the returned address. If you don’t want problems don’t order from them! the clothing which I ordered looks very cheap, it doesn’t feel as luxurious as it looks.
what is the right returned address, please? “Magazzino 2”? Or “blocco 2”? Thank you

I ordered dress in December. 9 of January I sent it back (I pay myself for shipping 60$ because this is not include in Elisabette Franchi outlet what already very disappointing😕). Today 15 of March and I still didn’t get my refund . They don’t answer me. Shame for this expensive brand👎🏾

Dal punto di vista della maglieria ci sono carenti conoscenze...abiti rifiniti male e con difetti.a prezzi alti ..per non parlare del servizio on line per il reso.un disastro

He hecho un pedido hace unos meses y todavía no tengo ninguna solución y me han devuelto el dinero ni nada de nada son unos sinvergüenzas me gustaría que alguien me dijera como puedo reclamar o denunciarles

The worst experience of my life with this brand I waited more than a month for my refund and they don’t even answer to emails or calls, I pay lots of taxes and the return and they still haven’t refunded me! If you don’t want problems don’t order from them! It’s the worst costumer service that I ever had in my life!

Worst experience ever. Be careful. I’ve ordered some clothes in December, but there sizes are not accurate so I return them after 3 months they have send me my money back but deducted £140 plus £166 for DHL. Very bad customer service, I’ve send more than 10 emails with no response. Please be careful and never order from them. That will cost you a fortune and time waste
