Bought a $30 bracelet and it unraveled within 2 weeks. I understand that these things happen my issue is with customer service. I have sent emails I have gone on to the chat on their site and I have also messaged them on Facebook and have not recieved a single response. Horrible customer service.

It took a longtime to get my order
It took a longtime to get my order. I tried to contact customer service several times and no response until the day they shipped. The bracelets suppose to be for a man. I received the bracelets and the beads are very small. I had to purchase another gift because of this.

Almost impossible to track
Almost impossible to track. Said it would be received within 3 days of shipping and I’m going on 10 days. Have tried to contact and gotten zero response other than the automated responses.
Might be a scam, I’ll be looking to cancel and refund terrible first time experience.
