Return isn’t the easiest compared to other sites. I emailed sent a picture then had to repeat that step and never received a confirmation of approval. So I am only now able to get to sending back the product.

I have been a customer of Elite Supplements for some time, but unfortunately this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I purchased a product listed as "Mystery Shaker/Bottle," which was accompanied by an image of what appeared to be a protein shaker. As someone who is dyslexic, clear product descriptions are especially important to me. The wording and image together led me to reasonably believe I was purchasing a mystery protein shaker. Instead, I received a standard water bottle.

I would never have purchased this item had the listing clearly stated that there was a possibility of receiving a standard water bottle, as I already own several and specifically needed a protein shaker.

My issue was never about simply preferring one item over another. It was that the product listing did not explain that customers could receive either a protein shaker or a standard water bottle depending on stock availability. That explanation only appeared after I contacted customer service. Despite raising this repeatedly and even providing a screenshot of the original listing, I received the same generic responses quoting company policy rather than addressing the actual concern.

Ironically, Elite Supplements themselves later explained that the product is a "mixed surprise product" where customers "may receive either a shaker or a bottle depending on available stock." That explanation is far clearer than the original listing, which simply said "Mystery Shaker/Bottle." If that information had been included on the product page before purchase, I would not have bought the item. If customer service needs several paragraphs to explain what the product actually is after a customer complains, then the product description wasn't clear enough in the first place.

What disappointed me most was that nobody genuinely tried to understand the issue I was raising. I wasn't simply asking for a refund or replacement—I was trying to point out that the product description and image could easily mislead customers and should be made clearer to prevent the same confusion for future customers. Instead of acknowledging this concern, my emails were met with repeated template responses that ignored the point I was making. A small gesture of goodwill, or even an acknowledgement that the listing could reasonably be interpreted differently, would have gone a long way.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in Elite Supplements' customer service. I won't be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

The Products that I been purchasing from Elite have been excellent in my recovery from a back injury. I have found Elite to be grate with communication and speedy deliver. The items are packed very well and all over top experience, Thank you.

Everything was great except the mystery bars. I thought they'd be 12 different flavours, not 1 terrible flavour. I asked around and couldnt give them away. Had to throw them all away. Literally charging for what nobody wants to buy.
