Honestly I could not hope for a better solicitor. Luke, Lorna and the team have been dedicated to my property purchase from day 1. This is my second property purchase with them and I could not be happier.

I think the main thing for me is how personal they are, rather than treating you as another number. Our interactions weren’t transactional, and something I’ve heard from other people with other solicitors is that they often got “you don’t need to worry about that”, which was not the case. If I didn’t understand something or something was worth enquiring over, this was explained to me in full.

No matter where I am, I will continue to use Ellis Jones for my solicitors in the future.

Our property sale has been a complicated and extremely lengthy process. The only part that has minimised the impact was dealing with David. I’ve not had the best experiences with conveyancing solicitors in the past, but David reignited my faith in the ability to receive a high quality, professional service.
