Nice local, clean friendly gym
The gym is clean and always cleaned. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful and personalise the experience. The equipment is good though a little packed in. There are a few bits missing such as dipping machine, neck pads for the squat bar and the temperature is too high. The classes are too short and quite tightly packed in, so wouldn’t recommend if classes are your main objective. I would though recommend if you want a friendly, well equipped gym at a fair price.

The staff are fantastically positive
The staff are fantastically positive, encouraging and helpful. The gym has a wide range of facilities which allows flexibility within the range of exercises, even after covid considerations. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is due to the lack of a few niche machines such as an easily accessible platform for dips.
Edit: they added nich machines like an easily accessible platform for dips

A good gym
I love the friendliness of the gym, the music and the fact that members respect each other and clean equipment.
Other positives are the overall cleanliness and free parking.
My only disappointment has been the lack of classes, particularly yoga, as whenever I’ve tried to book lately the waiting list is full.
I would also like to see members temperature checked upon arrival for added safety.

One of the best and friendly teams
One of the best and friendly teams I have ever met in a gym, they are helpful and always there to help you achieve your goals or give friendly advise. The gym has always been clean and fresh everytime I walk in and altho they are limited with a few things I hope this doesn't stop people from wanting to continue to use them.

I joined energie purely because of the yard. Each week I am consistently challenged and the trainers provide a fun and effective workout.
