The overall experience staff was postive energy vibe
Was looking for the matt
Also asked a guy doing his workout would he know pointed toward it didnt know where he was pointing so he knew by my facial expersion that i was so confused
Also 3 times he had to show me cos i didnt know ontill 3rd time where it was ontill i saw the mat had to tell him when he was half over that its ok i found the and thanku for showing me where it was kindness and postive energy goes along way
Spread the postive energy and kidness from me to the staff and everyone doing there fitness workouts in the gym 🙂💪

Fantastic gym! The space is clean, well-organized, and never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there’s a great variety—whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or functional workouts, everything you need is there.
What really stands out is the atmosphere. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help if you have questions or need guidance. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you improve, no matter your fitness level.
I also appreciate the overall vibe—motivating but not intimidating. It’s a place where both beginners and experienced gym-goers can feel comfortable and focused on their goals.
Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming place to train!

Sometimes opening hours does not match what is on the website,
Especially in the morning (meening it does not open at 6am...)
Spent long time standing outside,
and without any warning...

Great gym, friendly staff. Good atmosphere!

All the equipment I need in a friendly, non intimidating environment. Although the gym is busy, there always seems to be available equipment and space to use.
Staff are approachable and have always helped in anything I've needed.
Showers could be cleaner and perhaps more benches in the locker rooms would be nice, but over all very happy with the gym.

Gym is well located, has a good range of equipment and staff is friendly. The main issue for me is the poor ventilation and lack of air conditioning. It gets very stuffy and fairly smelly in winter, and very hot during warmer months. Another problem is if a piece of equipment breaks -- it will take a couple of months for it to get fixed.

The members are really nice and the machines are great. It’s nice to be in there

Scheduling classes at the same time in the Yard and the Studio so no one has anywhere to stretch or do other exercises that require that space.

Pilates costs extra because “they have to bring an outside contractor in” even though they also get an outside contractor for Yoga?

Very helpful staff great quality of equipment good atmosphere always staff always asking about how your workouts are and im always happy with my workout when I go there. John o Brien

Excellent gym, I’ve been a member here for over 3 years. Ciara and the rest of the team are very welcoming, friendly, always giving advice and workout tips. I really enjoy being a member here. Great equipment. Always clean and whether is crazy busy or very quiet the trainers are always very welcoming and helpful

Great spacious gym to go for a workout,staff very nice and has a nice vibe about the place,good music aswell always helps 10/10.

Hello, this energyfitness center in Carlow saves only trainers who really work and want to work.
The studio floor is very dirty and is never vacuumed or washed.
None of the discounts they offer work in Ireland.
Exercise mats are very dirty.

An amazing gym with the most friendliest and helpful staff, always get a hi and goodbye when walking past reception area. Really enjoy coming here
