This gym is very friendly, I have only been coming for a few months but I am really enjoying it. I got an induction with Wayne and also a great training program to have some routine, I am really progressing , recommend to anyone!

I have been a member here for 2 years and really enjoy it! Staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Wayne who has been supportive since day 1! Really recommend to anyone experience or new to gyms :)

Workers are very helpful and nice especially Harry who helped me get set up

It's always amazing to join motivating gym members in classes to achieve fitness goals, staffs are welcoming. John and Harry has been super helpful love his classes .

I have been a member of the gym for a long time now and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The team are so helpful and always down for a chat ( even about our Nando’s orders at 8am 🤭 )

I have been training with Skye for nearly a year and was the best decision I ever made . Having accountability and pushing me to achieve my goals is priceless - not only is she a PT but a personal therapist too !!

John and Wayne were super helpful. Got a day pass and the equipment was super new and had a wide variety of machines! Will probably get a membership once I moved to London

I joined energie fitness almost 3 years ago, I've always felt welcomed. There are plenty of machines to choose from and you rarely have to wait to use something. I have recently started PT sessions with Skye and from that I have noticed I have just got stronger and stronger. It's nice to have the guidance of what to do and how plus see the weights going up and up. Also love the classes that are part of my membership, I join the regularly.

Have been a member of this gym for a few years now and I would highly recommend! The team are absolutely fantastic here, so helpful, very inviting and nothing is too much trouble! The classes are great. Friendly gym. Great equipment.

Great for Beginners

I was actually nervous about starting my fitness journey in August 2022, but this gym made it so easy for me. The trainers are supportive and friendly, and the exercise classes are fun and not intimidating. I love Zumba, Cycle and Bars, and Bells. My favourite class is zumba as Skye makes it fun and she's a good dancer 😀

One of my friends used to come to energie over 5 years ago but moved to Peterborough, and she always says she missed energie Erith. She said it's the best gym she's ever been.

I had Skye as a personal trainer, she was very welcoming and helped me get familiar with all the gym equipment and how it’s used to improve my confidence in the gym! Lovely gal

I have been going to Énergie Fitness for a few years now mainly for personal training sessions with Skye King. The gym has excellent equipment and I feel really safe when using the gym. Skye is an excellent personal trainer and I would highly recommend her. Her sessions are varied and each session is different from the last. She pushes me to do my best and my fitness has really improved. I really enjoy training with Skye and will continue to do so.

The gym has a really great community. It has a very comfortable feel to it and the equipments are great. The customer service is unmatched and they care a lot about your progress.

Wayne and Skye contact you when you first join to schedule in an induction which is an in-depth explanation of your fitness goals and things you may struggle with.
