Staff are helpful and friendly
Staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of free parking. Good modern equipment. Good monthly fee for what you get.
Gym area often untidy, people leave weights on machines the staff should politely mention this is not etiquette to the people leaving them, mainly very minor criticisms.
Biggest issue is the Changing/shower room very small and damp due to no ventilation.
I have been a bit negative but it is ok or i wouldn't go, I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice clean gym, classes are good and variations are given to make some exercises beginner friendly. Staff are approachable and friendly. And memberships are at a great price.

Decent early experiences.
Been coming for a few weeks now. Overall a decent gym. Not too busy when I train which I like. Is deficient of some useful kit but otherwise well kitted out. Find that The Yard is used so much for classes that it is hard to find time to train in there.
