Love our new bathroom blind! Ordered a faux wood PVC Venetian blind for window by shower (replaced shower curtain) - great quality! Easy to install, easy to use, and looks lovely! Ordered and delivered in just over a week - thank you English Blinds!

This is my first time of ordering from English Blinds delivery was brilliant I'm very pleased with my blind it looks lovely in my kitchen window certainly love the colour I now ordered one for the bathroom

Excellent blinds well made and fit perfect. Communication about delivery could have been better . I had to chase them . Well worth the wait .

The ordering process was straightforward which for a pensioner was quite important. When the blind arrived it fitted spot on, was of excellent quality and works very smoothly Indeed.

It was so easy to order on line. My Son did the measuring, and ordering. Great delivery time. Packed very well. Now their up, they have transformed my windows, after having net curtains for years. Beautiful made. My Son and granddaughter have them in their house , and flat.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of fittings for a new roller blind and Gemma couldn't have been more helpful to resolve the issue for me. She was very responsive over the phone and via email and sent me the correct brackets I needed for the blind within days! The product is great. 100% recommend.

I ordered a Black Faux Wood blind for my study. Though it took slightly longer to arrive than expected, requiring a quick phone call, they were worth the wait. These are quality items which were easy to install and they fit perfectly. They were also reasonably priced by comparison to other made to measure items I considered.

Everything required was included in the pack.
I have no hesitation in recommending English Blinds.

The customer service is absolutely awful! I’ve placed my order almost a month ago and didn’t get any update, I’ve sent an email and didn’t get an answer. Earlier I called the number on the website and a frustrated who man who clearly hates his job was extremely rude telling me my English is so bad and he cannot understand.
Don’t buy any blinds from this company because it’s clearly a SCAM.

I had cause to ring the English Blinds customer support team on Thursday 5th February 2026 - the time was just after midday

I spoke to a helpful and patient member of staff who told me she was called 'Jenna'

I was enquiring about the status of an order and when it would be arriving

I had to ask several times due to me being unclear about why the product had not been delivered and whilst Jenna was patiently explaining to me what it was, I heard what I will describe as a male voice in the background say extremely loudly, sarcastically and in an unprofessional manner, I quote" OH MY GOD GET A CALENDAR "

I was shocked and disgusted by the appalling customer service from one of that team and I cannot believe that this kind of behaviour was being openly displayed

I asked Jenna if I could take the name of the male who shouted this disrespectful comment and she refused to provide his details

I asked her a couple more times and his name was not provided

Jenna apologised a couple of times and I told her there was no need to apologise as she had not done anything wrong

I then e-mailed the company on 09/02/26 as nobody had even acknowledged my initial complaint about the Customer service - it is now 15/02/26 and nobody has even bothered to reply to me

If you VALUE customer service I would advise you to think twice about purchasing any product from English Blinds as they have such a brazen, dismissive attitude towards customers

Great service. We got exactly what we wanted. The Fitting of our blind was painless and pretty quick.
Would definitely recommend.

I called customer service to ask a question about one of their blinds. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude, laughed at me when I made a mistake about the name of the pelmet, and couldn't give me an answer to my (pretty basic) question. I asked if someone else might know the answer and he hung up on me. I will now take my business elsewhere. Avoid this company!

Quick delivery and good quality blind, small damage to the pelmet from the courier, contacted English blinds no quibble and sent the part out straight away.
Good blind and excellent customer service.
