He helped me to resolve an important issue I have with the items I purchased and I am extremely please with his excellent service, his understanding and communication skills.
I am super impress with entertainment earth because they have such a high quality employee like Donald there.
The reputation of a company is reflected by the quality of their employee and I will recommend my colleagues to this company because they have the best customer service in Donald.

Donald has been extremely helpful with a package I had trouble with. However I am dissatisfied with EE’s lack of communication regarding that same package’s shipment. It wasn’t until I had to check USPS to find out it was shipped to the wrong address then sent back — I never got an email about this.

I had a discount pricing issue on an ALL instock item sale and the discounted price did not show up during the payment step. I purchased the item(s) anyways hoping the issue could be rectified later on and it was as Customer Service Representative Donald really went to bat for me. He went through the chain of command to make sure that the ALL discount was honored. It is appreciated as every dollar counts during any holiday season....thanks for your assistance Donald.

Donald is the best! EE always has outstanding customer service, but he will go above and beyond to explain the BTS happenings in the warehouses and other factors concerning our orders. He is a hardcore collector himself so he understands the industry!

I had a package shipped a month ago but never got it after 14 days they let me file a claim but never refunded or shipped. My item. I have been told so many lies that I don't believe anything. For almost two weeks I have been told they are shipping but cannot give me a shipping date.they cut off the chat communications with me and will not answer email my only way to contact them is by phone where I usually wait an hour for them to pick up then I am told the same thing day in and day out. The original package had 6 items in it. They did finally ship only 1 item which I received today but still no answer on the rest of my order. I think they did this on purpose and made it personal.

Donald was able to update my shipping address for an order in process and also, correct it for billing. Now I don't have to consciously verify my address selections. Donald is fast, efficient, and professional.

I highly discourage everyone from ever ordering from entertainment earth, they have serious inventory issues.

They get you by listing preorder items a dollar or two cheaper from competitors. What they don't tell you is they preorder a set number of items. But leave the listing up way past the point they've sold out. For example. They'll order 100 of something with an October release date, but they'll let 500 people order thinking they'll get their gift in time for Christmas. Then, once they've dug their inventory hole so deep they can't fulfill, they'll say sold out and tell 400 of the 500 that the manufacturer has delayed things until January, while failing to mention the first 100 are getting their items on time. This is proven because they since have sold several :non mint" versions of this item while I've been waiting, which means some people got their item damaged and returned it and they resold. In short, they lie to your face and say there's a manufacturer delay when in reality they just oversold more than they ordered but lied about it. Meanwhile every other vendor under the sun is selling these items. Even the local target and gamestop while you're stuck waiting 3 more months.

They have some items with a March release date that I was considering ordering before I realized all of this. That same item I ended up pre-ordering from big bad toy store and got it in September, several months early.

In summary. If you're going to order funkos. Statues. Etc, or anything collector related, you are far better off ordering from big bad toy store, I put my life on that

I had a great experience with Donald Tapia. I had an order going to an incorrect address and he updated the shipping address and deleted the address I no longer needed very quickly. Thank you Donald!

I had the pleasure of working with Donald Tapia. Sadly I really needed help with getting an already replaced item replaced again.

I explained what caused replacement the first time, and that this one had new issues I hadn't seen before. I sent photos of the item to Donald at his request and he agreed that what I was experiencing was not normal and NOT the quality Entertainment Earth wants to stand for.

Donald was kind to listen to my frustration about this being the second time I'd need a replacement. And I was honest that I was worried about getting this one replaced in time since it's a gift for someone else.
Donald was quick, fair and thorough in finding a solution and went above and beyond to expedite shipping for me in hopes of this gift arriving in time.

I've been a long standing customer with Entertainment Earth and this experience is why. It was not Donald who packaged both my orders, nor was it Donald who let the item leave the facility in less than NEW quality. However, he was the solution.

Donald, what can I say. Polite, and a freaking mind reader! I had a issue were a pop I pre-ordered had bounced due to not having funds. Called and Donald picked up the line, asked what was wrong and told him the story. All in while he was reading my mind some how and told me exactly what pop when aloof and corrected it without any trouble. Cannot express how much it means to have great customer support and in all fairness.. in my book... DONALDS THE GOAT! Fantastic company to order from if you are a collector. I bought multiple times from Entertainment Earth and also pre-ordered waves of figures and they always delivered!
Never had an issue so I cannot tell about their customer service but ordering from them is easy and they always pack everything in a way that ensures none of the figures or the boxes are damaged.
It has been flawless from my first order so I would definitely recommend them as my go-to company for collectibles. Would give them 6 stars if I could.
