Experience and installation was excellent

The experience was very good. The two engineers were very good at their jobs, very respectful, took their time to explain everything to me, ensured I understood everything well, and allowed me to ask questions for clarification. Otherwise, I think they did an excellent job installing two Filterless Infinity
Filterless for the Kitchen and Bathroom, which needed to be completed in the loft.

Work carried at time arranged and professionally completed. The bathroom extractor system was serviced in 30 minutes which makes the cost of the service very, very expensive(£240.00 + Vat).
As an OAP and unable to get into the loft I was left with little choice but to agree to the price.

Cyclone bathroom fan

I have given 3 stars purely because you cannot buy an impellar. This is the one removable part the customer has to clean. I broke ours and it cost me dear as our fan was out of warranty. The fans are good and the engineer was polite and helpful.

We would like to provide some clarification regarding the replacement options discussed. The impeller is not supplied as a standalone spare part, as it forms part of the internal cartridge assembly and is supplied only as part of that complete component.

A quotation was initially provided for replacement of the internal cartridge. Following this, and in consideration of both the cost involved and the cracked front cover, a request was made for a quotation for a complete replacement unit. This option was provided, and the order for a new unit was subsequently placed.

We understand that replacement costs can be frustrating, particularly once a unit is outside of warranty. Your comments are appreciated and have been shared with the relevant team.

excellent product, even better service

the Envirovent crew were great from the word go throughout our product selection and installation experience.. Ryan was our point of contact and he couldn't have been more helpful, going to extra mile [literally and figuratively] to make sure the process was as smooth as possible, answering every question we had; there was no 'hard sell' and at every step of the way we were kept informed about what was going on and he has also been on hand to answer all our questions to the after-sales service is also excellent. the product itself has been running for a few months and there is a huge difference in our air quality and wife's breathing, as she's asthmatic so this has been a big help in improving her health.. all in all i can't recommend them enough.. thanks!

very very poor customer service…

very very poor customer service recently had a full service on my piv system in my loft paid in full for it then not to be working as it should called the receptionist rebbeca got promised a call back and appoinment for the engineer to come out and rectify the issue this was over a month ago still not heard a things so dissapointed as now i have a system that doesnt function as it should even though ive paid for it

Three installations for the family.

This is the third installation I’ve had. Having had Envirovent install a unit in my flat in Bexhill in January 2025, I’ve now had loft units and extractor fans fitted in both of my daughter’s houses in Basingstoke. Money well spent!

Worth the hassle

We have now had the vent and bathroom fan installed for two weeks and are happy with them both. Running costs seem to be in line with what we were told.
The actual installation by Envirovent’s own installers was really good. In fact they turned round a process that had become quite fraught, not helped by the salesman’s attitude and local roofers being unwilling to fit the specialist vent we were sent. In fact we were on the point of cancelling and only went ahead because we actually wanted a system.
Payment was not easy. The company we had to pay had a Spanish bank so all the usual payment methods didn’t work. We ended up having to pay over the phone by card, but this itself took five phone calls and two emails to the person at “Envirovent”.
I believe we had been dealing with franchisee rather than Envirovent when buying and paying for the system. And it really was a tale of two parts. Everything handled by the franchisee was unsatisfactory, everything handled by Envirovent was more than satisfactory.
This use of franchisees is not made clear. In fact everything is done to make them look like part of the company and at no point were we told different. Just the opposite, they use Envirovent’s email system and apply all of Envirovent’s award logos to the bottom of their emails.
Would I recommend them. Yes because the system is worth the hassle, but be prepared for the hassle.

No problems getting a minor fix under the warranty

We've had EnviroVent extractor fans installed for a few years now. Taking the cover off one to clean the fan, the plastic lugs that the cover screws go into had cracked, so the cover wouldn't reattach properly, so given the seven year warranty on our fans, we gave them a call. They came out within a few days, and the engineer replaced the fan cover, and even sorted us out a new remote for the other fan that had got lost. Great service.
