Epic Militaria Reviews

I ordered items here but realized that I was wrong in doing so when I saw the same items on another website but with a lower price. I asked Epic Militaria to cancel my order and was honest when it came to the reason. They did cancel my order and all ended well.

A great company with very competitive prices!
I have purchased a few items from Epic Militaria, got myself some winter clothing from their German Second World War clothing section.
The reversible Oakleaf winter parka is unbelievable! It is quite heavy....as winter clothing should be, modern materials are great but seem very flimsy compared to this jacket!!
They have a huge selection of high quality clothing from all theatres of combat covering the last 100 years of human stupidity and innovation.
My orders have all been dispatched promptly and the parcels have all been securely packed.
I recommend Epic Militaria 100% and look forward to using their services again and again!

Epic Militaria provide top-of-the-line customer service, very fast international shipping via DHL express, and a very large range of gear - both historical and modern.

Overall, an excellent business!

Usually their customer service is pretty good. But with my most recent interaction with their customer service I've just been left extremely disappointed.

bought 30+ items from Epic Militaria within the past few years, amazing.

Epic Militaria, answered my questions about sizing promptly and accurately. The goods arrived as promised two days earlier than promised. the products are great quality and amazing value for money.

Epic militaria is the number one site to buy from, it give's complete fairness thoughout. Customer service are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble and goods are always of the best quality so you can buy with complete confidence knowing you will get complete satisfaction

Great products and very friendly customer service. Package arrived fast even overseas.

Excellent online shop with great costumor service. I'm very satisfied with the handling and quality of the goods I purchased.

Awesome customer service from EM!
My package got lost in the mail a few months ago. After emailing EM about my issue, and the awesome help of their two team members, they offered to send me a whole new package of all the lost items, on them! Felt really good to have such awesome customer service. I hope they get paid enough ;)
Definitely a customer for life.

Excellent service. Ensured proof of age on my specific purchase and lovely customer service.

Took the time to read and respond to my query with a personalised response. Instead of using the typical template response often used in other companies.

Hey, I’m from Australia and plan on ordering a standard German m42 uniform, and this includes the belt, belt buckle, bread bag, water canteen, possibly bayonet, ski cap, and the boats, and I hope that it’ll be in good quality, I’m not asking for the best and perfect, just something to improve my outfits for re-enactments, I enjoy the website as well, I find a bunch of stuff I’ll probably be buying in the future, thank you for existing.

After my not so good review epic military got in touch with me and gave me the info that i needed and altough i haven't recieved my parcel yet i am confident that i won't be dissapointed with it.So thanks to the people at epic for rseponding and solving this.

I am extremely pleased with everything I have purchased from Epic Militaria. It is a fine company!

A bit of a hiccup with delivery... All due to Royal Mail was dealt with brilliantly. All my emails answered very quickly. I've bought a few items and all have been top rate. It's hard to find a decent selection of affordable militaria, so if you go to this site, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the good and quick deliverance. Also for the quick response and reply via email.
